工商銀行LNS分行績效評價(jià)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國金融市場的全面開放,,國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營環(huán)境發(fā)生了深刻的變化,在這種嚴(yán)峻的形勢下,商業(yè)銀行想求得生存和發(fā)展,就必須要采取積極有效的措施。商業(yè)銀行績效評價(jià)體系是商業(yè)銀行內(nèi)部控制系統(tǒng)的核心組成部分,不僅為銀行員工的激勵(lì)機(jī)制的建立提供了基礎(chǔ)保障,而且為銀行的管理者以及全體員工指明了今后的經(jīng)營發(fā)展方向。對于工商銀行LNS分行而言,對其經(jīng)營績效進(jìn)行評價(jià)有利于提升其核心競爭力及管理水平,優(yōu)化資金等資源配置,對促進(jìn)其持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定、健康發(fā)展有著重要的意義。 本文以中國工商銀行LNS分行為研究對象,對其績效評價(jià)體系進(jìn)行研究。首先闡述了LNS分行的發(fā)展概況以及績效評價(jià)現(xiàn)狀,并指出現(xiàn)有的評價(jià)體系存在的缺陷。其次是從宏觀和微觀兩方面對LNS分行經(jīng)營績效的影響因素進(jìn)行了探討,為了應(yīng)對這些變化帶來的挑戰(zhàn),結(jié)合LN分行實(shí)際情況設(shè)計(jì)了績效評價(jià)體系,主要從戰(zhàn)略制定、市場拓展等幾個(gè)方面選取指標(biāo),在設(shè)計(jì)的過程中,不僅分析了評價(jià)指標(biāo)選擇的原則,而且說明了各個(gè)指標(biāo)反映的內(nèi)容及意義。利用層次分析法確定各個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,結(jié)合模糊評價(jià)法對LNS分行的銀行績效進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)。最后,根據(jù)評價(jià)體系的計(jì)算結(jié)果可以直觀的看出銀行績效總體水平的高低,有利于找出LNS分行績效管理的弱點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)所在,從而提出解決措施,使其加強(qiáng)薄弱環(huán)節(jié)的績效管理,提高制定戰(zhàn)略的能力及服務(wù)能力等,使得LNS分行整體績效管理水平會得到進(jìn)一步的提高。
[Abstract]:With the comprehensive opening of financial market in China, the operating environment of domestic commercial banks has undergone profound changes. In this grim situation, commercial banks must take active and effective measures to survive and develop. The performance evaluation system of commercial banks is the core part of the internal control system of commercial banks, which not only provides the basic guarantee for the establishment of incentive mechanism of bank employees. And for the bank's managers and all staff pointed out the future direction of business development. For Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) LNS Branch, the evaluation of its business performance will help to improve its core competitiveness and management level, optimize the allocation of resources, such as funds, to promote its sustained, stable and healthy development has an important significance. This paper studies the performance evaluation system of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) LNS Branch. Firstly, the development of LNS branch and the present situation of performance evaluation are described, and the defects of the existing evaluation system are pointed out. Secondly, it discusses the influencing factors of LNS branch performance from macro and micro aspects. In order to deal with the challenges brought by these changes, the performance evaluation system is designed according to the actual situation of LN branch. In the process of design, not only the principle of evaluation index selection is analyzed, but also the content and significance of each index are explained. AHP is used to determine the weight of each index and fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the bank performance of LNS branch. Finally, according to the results of the evaluation system, we can intuitively see the overall level of bank performance, which is conducive to find out the weakness of LNS branch performance management, so as to put forward solutions to strengthen the weak link of performance management. Improve the ability to make strategy and service, so that the overall performance management level of LNS branch will be further improved.
