【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化不斷發(fā)展的今天，外商直接投資作為資本轉(zhuǎn)移流動(dòng)的主要方式在全球范圍內(nèi)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用，與之相伴隨的投資與環(huán)境的關(guān)系問(wèn)題也日益引起人們的關(guān)注。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，我國(guó)的外資實(shí)際利用額不斷增長(zhǎng)，不可否認(rèn)外資對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有著重要的拉動(dòng)和提升作用，但是隨著外商直接投資規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，其對(duì)環(huán)境的負(fù)面影響也逐漸顯現(xiàn)。從理論上看，外商直接投資會(huì)產(chǎn)生技術(shù)外溢效應(yīng)和示范學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)，這在一定程度上使外商直接投資有利于促進(jìn)東道國(guó)環(huán)境的改善。但是，從實(shí)踐角度出發(fā)，考慮到FDI與東道國(guó)環(huán)境之間關(guān)系的復(fù)雜性，外商直接投資在實(shí)際使用過(guò)程中可能會(huì)對(duì)東道國(guó)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生不利影響。因此，為了全面性綜合性的分析外商直接投資和東道國(guó)環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系，本文以外商直接投資環(huán)境效應(yīng)理論為研究依據(jù)，從規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu)和技術(shù)三個(gè)角度綜合分析外商直接投資對(duì)我國(guó)環(huán)境的影響。 本文以外商直接投資的環(huán)境效應(yīng)為理論依據(jù)，通過(guò)理論和實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合來(lái)研究外商直接投資對(duì)我國(guó)環(huán)境的影響。本文的基本思路是：首先，介紹本文的研究背景及選題意義，國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在該領(lǐng)域的主要研究成果，在借鑒前人研究成果基礎(chǔ)上提出本文的研究視角，研究方法，結(jié)構(gòu)安排，以及本文的難點(diǎn)與創(chuàng)新之處。其次，對(duì)外商直接投資與環(huán)境關(guān)系的基本理論進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性闡述，包括“污染避難所”假說(shuō)、“污染光暈”假說(shuō)、環(huán)境庫(kù)茲涅茨曲線(xiàn)(EKC)、環(huán)境效應(yīng)理論等。第三，對(duì)我國(guó)的外商直接投資情況進(jìn)行總體性描述，包括外商直接投資的總量，外商直接投資的行業(yè)分布，以及外商直接投資中污染密集產(chǎn)業(yè)分布情況等，這為后續(xù)的實(shí)證分析提供了數(shù)據(jù)支持。第四，在前面理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，建立一個(gè)包括FDI、環(huán)境效應(yīng)的聯(lián)立方程模型，從規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)三個(gè)角度分析外商直接投資對(duì)我國(guó)工業(yè)污染排放物(工業(yè)廢水、工業(yè)廢氣、工業(yè)固體排放物)產(chǎn)生量的影響，用現(xiàn)實(shí)直觀的數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果論證外商直接投資對(duì)我國(guó)環(huán)境的綜合影響，并以工業(yè)廢水為例闡釋了外商直接投資對(duì)工業(yè)廢水排放量影響的作用機(jī)理。最后，根據(jù)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果并結(jié)合我國(guó)當(dāng)前實(shí)際，對(duì)今后的外商直接投資提出一些可行性建議，，以促進(jìn)引資發(fā)展和環(huán)境保護(hù)并行。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, foreign direct investment (FDI), as the main way of capital transfer, has been widely used in the world, and the relationship between investment and environment has attracted more and more attention. Since the reform and opening up, the actual utilization of foreign capital in our country has been increasing constantly. It is undeniable that foreign investment plays an important role in the economic development of our country, but with the continuous expansion of the scale of foreign direct investment, Its negative impact on the environment also gradually appeared. Theoretically, foreign direct investment (FDI) will produce technological spillover effect and demonstration learning effect, which to a certain extent will help to promote the improvement of the host country's environment. However, from a practical point of view, considering the complexity of the relationship between FDI and the environment of the host country, FDI may have a negative impact on the environment of the host country in the actual use process. Therefore, in order to comprehensively analyze the relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and the environment of the host country, this paper based on the theory of the environmental effect of foreign direct investment, from the scale, The impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) on China's environment is analyzed from three angles of structure and technology. Based on the environmental effects of foreign direct investment (FDI), this paper studies the impact of FDI on China's environment through the combination of theory and empirical analysis. The basic ideas of this paper are as follows: firstly, it introduces the research background and significance of this paper, the main research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in this field, and puts forward the research perspective, research methods, structure arrangement of this paper based on the previous research results. And the difficulties and innovations of this paper. Secondly, the basic theory of the relationship between foreign direct investment and the environment is systematically expounded, including the "pollution shelter" hypothesis, the "pollution halo" hypothesis, the environmental Kuznets curve EKCU, the environmental effect theory and so on. Third, the overall description of the situation of foreign direct investment in China, including the total amount of foreign direct investment, the industry distribution of foreign direct investment, and the distribution of pollution-intensive industries in foreign direct investment, etc. This provides data support for subsequent empirical analysis. Fourthly, on the basis of the previous theoretical analysis, a simultaneous equation model including FDI, environmental effects is established to analyze the industrial pollutants (industrial wastewater, industrial waste gas) caused by foreign direct investment (FDI) from three angles of scale, structure and technology. The effects of industrial solid emissions) on the environment of our country are demonstrated by the results of realistic and intuitive data analysis, and the comprehensive impact of foreign direct investment on the environment of our country is demonstrated. Taking industrial wastewater as an example, the mechanism of the effect of FDI on the discharge of industrial wastewater is explained. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis and combined with the current situation in China, some feasible suggestions are put forward to promote the development of foreign direct investment and environmental protection in the future.
