【摘要】：在創(chuàng)新過程中,創(chuàng)業(yè)投資發(fā)揮了重要的引導和支持作用,但目前對其微觀機制的研究尚不完善。因此,面對國家"創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動,轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展"的未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,有必要將微觀經(jīng)濟學的相關理論引入到創(chuàng)業(yè)投資分析框架中,并通過分析創(chuàng)業(yè)投資影響創(chuàng)新資本投資效率的內(nèi)在機制,全面理解創(chuàng)業(yè)投資對創(chuàng)新的重要作用,并提出在我國加快創(chuàng)業(yè)投資發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In the process of innovation, venture capital plays an important role in guiding and supporting, but the research on its micro mechanism is not perfect. Therefore, in the face of the future development strategy of "innovation-driven, transformational development", it is necessary to introduce the relevant theories of microeconomics into the framework of venture capital analysis. By analyzing the internal mechanism of venture capital affecting the efficiency of innovative capital investment, this paper fully understands the important role of venture capital in innovation, and puts forward some policy suggestions to accelerate the development of venture capital in China.
