【摘要】：知識產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押融資正逐步成為當(dāng)前國內(nèi)動產(chǎn)融資的熱點之一。通過梳理和總結(jié)各地開展知識產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押融資的典型做法及取得的成效,對存在的問題進(jìn)行了剖析,進(jìn)而提出了對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Intellectual property pledge financing is gradually becoming one of the hotspots of domestic movable property financing. Through combing and summing up the typical practices and achievements of the IPR pledge financing in various places, the existing problems are analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
