【摘要】：隨著中國2005年7月進(jìn)行的匯率制度改革,人民幣匯率在一定范圍上浮動(dòng)更加頻繁,使得中國企業(yè)所面臨的匯率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不斷加大。同時(shí)隨著中國企業(yè)規(guī)模的不斷壯大,國際化進(jìn)程加快,更進(jìn)一步的加大了中國所面臨的外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。然而,中國企業(yè)的外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理制度剛剛起步,并不夠完善。因此,中國在加快市場化進(jìn)程的背景下,中國企業(yè)必須加強(qiáng)對于外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。 本文通過中韓兩國企業(yè)的外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行對比分析,從韓國企業(yè)的外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理失敗和成功的案例中得到有益的啟示,為改進(jìn)中國企業(yè)外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供有價(jià)值的借鑒,并提出相應(yīng)的對策和建議。選擇韓國企業(yè)作為比較對象的理由是：(1)中國的匯率制度變遷過程跟韓國相似,而且,在兩國實(shí)行一籃子匯率制度時(shí),面臨的若干問題也有相似的部分,兩個(gè)國家的對外依存度比較高,與此同時(shí),貿(mào)易的結(jié)算大部分以美元為主,美元對兩國貨幣匯率波動(dòng)的影響相當(dāng)大。(2)更重要的是,中國企業(yè)所面臨的外匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題與韓國企業(yè)經(jīng)歷的問題十分相似。
[Abstract]:With the reform of China's exchange rate system in July 2005, the RMB exchange rate fluctuates more frequently in a certain range, which makes the exchange rate risk facing Chinese enterprises increase continuously. At the same time, with the growing scale of Chinese enterprises, the internationalization process is accelerated, which further increases the foreign exchange risk faced by China. However, the foreign exchange risk management system of Chinese enterprises has just started and is not perfect enough. Therefore, under the background of speeding up the process of marketization, Chinese enterprises must strengthen the management of foreign exchange risk. Through the comparative analysis of foreign exchange risk management between Chinese and Korean enterprises, this paper draws useful inspiration from the failure and success cases of Korean enterprises' foreign exchange risk management, and provides valuable reference for improving the foreign exchange risk management of Chinese enterprises. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The reason for choosing Korean enterprises as the object of comparison is that China's exchange rate regime changes are similar to those of South Korea. Moreover, when the two countries implement a basket exchange rate system, they also face similar problems. The two countries have a relatively high degree of external dependence. At the same time, most of the settlement of trade is in US dollars, and the impact of the US dollar on the exchange rate fluctuations of the two countries is quite large. The foreign exchange risk problems faced by Chinese companies are very similar to those experienced by Korean companies.
