【摘要】：面對(duì)當(dāng)前我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中投資與出口動(dòng)力不足、投資與消費(fèi)接近臨界點(diǎn)的困境,我國提出并強(qiáng)調(diào)將城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)化和信息化一起作為擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需、優(yōu)化經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)以及實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變的重要途徑。所謂城鎮(zhèn)化是指人類生產(chǎn)、生活方式由農(nóng)村型轉(zhuǎn)向城市型的歷史過程,城鎮(zhèn)化現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生以及城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)必然伴隨著工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)和國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。因此,作為促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展重要推手的金融業(yè)必將對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化產(chǎn)生重要影響。從歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)來看,金融業(yè)的發(fā)展將會(huì)促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,同時(shí)金融業(yè)主要通過金融機(jī)構(gòu)布局、信貸資金投向、貨幣政策導(dǎo)向、金融機(jī)構(gòu)監(jiān)管等方面對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程產(chǎn)生影響。由此可知,通過探知金融與城鎮(zhèn)化的相互作用機(jī)制,探討不同類型金融對(duì)我國城鎮(zhèn)化的影響程度,將有助于我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中資金困境問題的解決,為我國城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)提供更好的資金支持。 當(dāng)前我國學(xué)者對(duì)于城鎮(zhèn)化的金融支持研究大多采用較為單一的城鎮(zhèn)化率以及金融相關(guān)比率作為城鎮(zhèn)化和金融支持的衡量指標(biāo),在計(jì)量方法上也主要采用格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)、向量自回歸或者誤差修正模型,上述方法為保證實(shí)證結(jié)果的可靠性,均要求有大量的數(shù)據(jù)。然而,由于我國各經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)統(tǒng)計(jì)口徑的變化,造成統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的不一致甚至是缺失,此時(shí)再使用上述方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)可能會(huì)帶來結(jié)論的偏差。為解決衡量指標(biāo)單一和數(shù)據(jù)缺失帶來的問題,本文將城鎮(zhèn)化和金融支持的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了細(xì)分,并且引入灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度進(jìn)行小樣本檢驗(yàn)。因此,本文在城鎮(zhèn)化與金融支持的衡量指標(biāo)的拓寬、灰色系統(tǒng)理論在實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用將為城鎮(zhèn)化的金融支持后續(xù)研究提供新的研究思路和研究資料。 論文開篇先從理論的角度對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化與金融支持的內(nèi)在邏輯進(jìn)行闡述。城鎮(zhèn)化首先表現(xiàn)為城鎮(zhèn)人口的增長(zhǎng),根據(jù)推-拉定理,人口遷移行為的發(fā)生是遷出地的推力(或稱為排斥力)與遷入地的拉力(或稱為吸引力)共同作用的結(jié)果。這就意味著城鎮(zhèn)化必須具備以下條件：農(nóng)村產(chǎn)生大量剩余勞動(dòng)力、城鎮(zhèn)能為廣大農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力提供相應(yīng)的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、城鎮(zhèn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)能滿足進(jìn)城者的基本需求。與此相對(duì)應(yīng),金融部門所具有的吸納閑置資本和資本配置功能帶來農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的提高,從而產(chǎn)生剩余勞動(dòng)力；金融部門的資金支持帶來城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮,特別是城鎮(zhèn)中小企業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,進(jìn)而提供更多的就業(yè)崗位,吸納更多的農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力；金融部門為城鎮(zhèn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)提供了大量的資金支持,促進(jìn)了城鎮(zhèn)基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)設(shè)施的完善,為新增城鎮(zhèn)人口提供了便利的服務(wù)。接下來文章從我國實(shí)際情況對(duì)上述理論進(jìn)行了論證,并就當(dāng)前我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行了分析。 論文采用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)方法對(duì)我國城鎮(zhèn)化中的金融支持進(jìn)行論證,通過個(gè)量以及總量的對(duì)比分析,認(rèn)為金融對(duì)我國城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)具有重要的支持功能。但是,不同類型的金融對(duì)我國城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)模和質(zhì)量有不同的影響,具體表現(xiàn)為：政策性金融是我國城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的主要支撐,商業(yè)性金融中商業(yè)銀行的作用日益凸顯,而證券市場(chǎng)作用微弱。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出相應(yīng)政策建議以加大金融對(duì)我國城鎮(zhèn)化的支持力度,從而促進(jìn)我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In the light of historical experience , the development of financial industry will promote the acceleration of urbanization , and the financial industry will help to solve the problem of financial distress in the process of urbanization , and provide better financial support for the urbanization of our country .

This paper divides the index of urbanization and financial support and introduces the grey correlation degree to make small sample inspection .

In this paper , the author expounds the inherent logic of urbanization and financial support from the angle of theory . The urbanization is first manifested as the increase of urban population . According to the push - pull theorem , the occurrence of population migration is the pushing force ( or repulsive force ) and the pulling force ( or attraction force ) of the moving ground . This means that the urbanization must have the following conditions : the rural produce a large amount of surplus labor force , the town can provide the corresponding employment opportunity for the surplus rural labor force , the urban infrastructure construction can meet the basic needs of the city . In contrast , the absorption idle capital and the capital allocation function of the financial sector bring about the improvement of the agricultural production efficiency , thus generating the surplus labor force ;
The financial sector ' s financial support has led to the prosperity of the urban economy , especially the development of small and medium - sized enterprises and services in towns , thus providing more jobs for the rural surplus labor force ;
The financial department provides a great amount of financial support for the construction of urban infrastructure , promotes the improvement of urban infrastructure service facilities and provides convenient services for the newly - added urban population . The following article demonstrates the above - mentioned theory from the actual situation in China , and analyzes the problems in the process of urbanization in China .

This paper demonstrates the financial support in China ' s urbanization by using the method of empirical test of grey correlation degree . Through the comparative analysis of the quantity and the total amount , it is considered that the finance plays an important role in China ' s urbanization construction . However , different types of finance have different effects on the urbanization scale and quality of our country .
