【摘要】：隨著風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資業(yè)在我國(guó)的快速發(fā)展,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資也日漸成為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的強(qiáng)大助推器,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的相關(guān)研究也越來(lái)越受到社會(huì)各界的重視。中創(chuàng)投作為國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展較早的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)構(gòu)之一,在近幾年得到高速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也面臨著前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。如何提高中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的決策效率、如何改進(jìn)中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資項(xiàng)目評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系和方法等問(wèn)題都迫切需要解決。 論文首先對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的綜述；對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資相關(guān)概念和基本理論進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹；對(duì)中創(chuàng)投公司的基本情況進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的說(shuō)明,從理論和實(shí)踐的結(jié)合上,為中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資項(xiàng)目評(píng)估研究奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。其次,論文深刻分析了中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)剖析了中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資項(xiàng)目評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系和選擇方法；分析中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資存在的主要問(wèn)題,指出了中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資項(xiàng)目評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)估方法所存在的問(wèn)題。繼之,論文提出了中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資項(xiàng)目評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系的改進(jìn)思路,改進(jìn)了中創(chuàng)投風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資項(xiàng)目評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,并對(duì)改進(jìn)后的指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明；構(gòu)建TOPSIS方法對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并分析了該方法與原有方法相比所具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)。最后,論文運(yùn)用改進(jìn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資項(xiàng)目評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系和TOPSIS方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,從而驗(yàn)證改進(jìn)評(píng)估方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of venture capital industry in China, venture capital is becoming a powerful booster of modern economic growth. As one of the early venture capital institutions in China, China Venture Capital has been developing rapidly in recent years, but it is also facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. How to improve the decision-making efficiency of venture capital and how to improve the evaluation index system and method of venture capital project need to be solved urgently. Firstly, the paper summarizes the current situation of venture capital research at home and abroad, introduces the related concepts and basic theories of venture capital in detail, and gives a brief description of the basic situation of venture capital company. From the combination of theory and practice, it lays a solid foundation for venture capital project evaluation. Secondly, the paper deeply analyzes the current situation of venture capital in China, focusing on the evaluation index system and selection method of venture capital projects, and analyzes the main problems of venture capital in venture capital. The problems in the evaluation index system and evaluation method of venture capital project are pointed out. Secondly, the paper puts forward the idea of improving the evaluation index system of venture capital project, improves the evaluation index system of venture capital project, and explains the improved index system in detail. The TOPSIS method is constructed to evaluate the venture capital project, and the advantages of this method compared with the original method are analyzed. Finally, the paper uses the improved venture capital project evaluation index system and the TOPSIS method to carry on the empirical analysis, thus validates the effectiveness of the improved evaluation method.
