【摘要】：正一、綜合利用多方面經(jīng)濟(jì)信息,實施區(qū)間管理。當(dāng)前,我國正處在潛在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長率出現(xiàn)階段性下降的關(guān)鍵轉(zhuǎn)折點上。有關(guān)潛在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長率的傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗相應(yīng)失效。由于高房價帶來成本調(diào)整壓力,也由于勞動力市場供求格局發(fā)生變化,有關(guān)物價水平變動與經(jīng)濟(jì)總量平衡狀態(tài)的傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗有效性顯著下降;由于對外開放走向深入,跨國資本流動更加頻繁,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)與國際市場的互動性顯著增強(qiáng);由于改革走向深入,政企關(guān)系、
[Abstract]:First, comprehensive use of various aspects of economic information, the implementation of interval management.At present, our country is in the potential economic growth rate to appear the key turning point of the stage decline.The traditional experience of the potential economic growth rate has failed accordingly.As a result of the cost adjustment pressure brought by high house prices and the change in the pattern of supply and demand in the labour market, the effectiveness of the traditional experience of price level changes and the balance of economic aggregate has decreased significantly; because of the deepening of the opening up to the outside world,Cross-border capital flows have become more frequent, and the interaction between China's economy and the international market has increased significantly.
