【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,得益于經(jīng)濟(jì)成長帶來的財(cái)富積累增多,城鎮(zhèn)居民已經(jīng)不再滿足于銀行儲蓄等傳統(tǒng)的個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品,紛紛尋求更好的投資理財(cái)途徑。金融機(jī)構(gòu)敏銳地察覺到了市場需求的變化,紛紛推出種類繁多的個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品和創(chuàng)新金融理財(cái)服務(wù),以迎合市場的需求。時(shí)至今日,個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行新的利潤增長點(diǎn),個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品也成為商業(yè)銀行吸引個(gè)人客戶和擴(kuò)大市場份額的重要途徑。 然而與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,,我國銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展起步較晚,在理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)、信息披露、市場營銷、銀行理財(cái)服務(wù)方面都存在著較大的差距。面臨紛繁多樣的理財(cái)產(chǎn)品,投資者往往由于缺乏專業(yè)知識和理財(cái)經(jīng)驗(yàn),面臨較大的選擇困難;監(jiān)管者缺乏統(tǒng)一的評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以致難以對理財(cái)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行分類監(jiān)管;同時(shí)商業(yè)銀行也亟需規(guī)范理財(cái)服務(wù),提升個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的核心競爭力。 針對上述問題,本文試圖對理財(cái)產(chǎn)品從收益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)兩個(gè)維度,從定量與定性兩大模塊,提出一個(gè)對理財(cái)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu),以求對商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品從各個(gè)維度進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià),試圖建立一個(gè)科學(xué)綜合的商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品評價(jià)體系,從而及時(shí)為金融機(jī)構(gòu)、投資者和監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)提供參考依據(jù)。評價(jià)體系的建立能夠科學(xué)綜合評價(jià)商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和收益,無論是對于幫助投資者選擇適當(dāng)?shù)睦碡?cái)產(chǎn)品,還是對于銀行等相關(guān)金融機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品,以至于對于維護(hù)公平、公正、公開的金融市場秩序都將起到至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has developed at a high speed, thanks to the increase of wealth accumulation brought by economic growth, urban residents are no longer satisfied with traditional personal financial products such as bank savings, and are looking for better ways of investment and financial management.Financial institutions are acutely aware of the changes in market demand and have introduced a wide variety of personal financial products and innovative financial services to meet the needs of the market.Nowadays, personal finance business has become a new profit growth point of domestic commercial banks, and personal financial products have become an important way for commercial banks to attract individual customers and expand market share.However, compared with the developed countries, the development of bank personal finance business in China started relatively late, in the design and development of financial products, information disclosure, marketing, banking financial services, there is a large gap.Faced with a variety of financial products, investors often face greater difficulties in choosing due to lack of professional knowledge and financial management experience, regulators lack of unified evaluation criteria, so it is difficult to classify financial products supervision.At the same time, commercial banks also need to standardize financial services to enhance the core competitiveness of personal financial products.In view of the above problems, this paper attempts to put forward a comprehensive evaluation infrastructure of financial management products from the two dimensions of income and risk, quantitative and qualitative modules.In order to comprehensively evaluate the personal financial products of commercial banks from various dimensions, this paper attempts to establish a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system of personal financial products of commercial banks, thus providing a reference for financial institutions, investors and regulators in a timely manner.The establishment of the evaluation system can scientifically and comprehensively evaluate the risks and benefits of commercial banks' personal financial products, not only to help investors select appropriate financial products, but also to design and develop financial products for banks and other related financial institutions.Even for the maintenance of fairness, justice, open financial market order will play a vital role.
