【摘要】：美國國債曾是公認的最安全的投資品。2001年以來,中國持有的美國國債隨外匯儲備的快速增長而增加;美國國債規(guī)模也隨美國"雙赤字"的擴大而膨脹。美國的政治生態(tài)及美元的霸權特性使得美國的"雙赤字"難于控制,美國國債的潛在風險日益顯現。中國主要面臨退出困難及債權資產實際價值可能大幅縮水的困擾。建議中國利用最大債主的地位制約美國以維護自身權益;同時控制外匯儲備增量優(yōu)化外匯儲備結構以掌握風險控制的主動權。
[Abstract]:Since 2001, China's holdings of Treasuries have grown as foreign exchange reserves have grown rapidly, and the size of Treasuries has ballooned as the U.S.'s "double deficit" has widened.The political ecology of the United States and the hegemonic nature of the dollar make it difficult to control the "double deficit" of the United States, and the potential risks of the United States Treasury bonds are becoming increasingly apparent.China faces difficulties in exit and the possibility of a sharp decline in the real value of its debt assets.It is suggested that China should take advantage of the position of the largest creditor to restrict the United States in order to safeguard its own rights and interests, and to control the increment of foreign exchange reserves and optimize the structure of foreign exchange reserves in order to grasp the initiative of risk control.
