【摘要】:隨著全球一體化和金融自由化的發(fā)展,金融創(chuàng)新日新月異,商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)表外化已成為國(guó)際金融業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)之一。為了適應(yīng)國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)金融市場(chǎng)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng),發(fā)展表外業(yè)務(wù)已成為我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的必然選擇,因此,對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行表外業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行研究意義重大。 本文綜合運(yùn)用了圖表分析法、定量和定性分析法等研究方法,梳理了金融創(chuàng)新和表外業(yè)務(wù)的相關(guān)理論,闡述了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展表外業(yè)務(wù)的必要性和相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),借鑒了美國(guó)次貸危機(jī)對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行表外業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的啟示,,分析了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行表外業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和制約因素,最后,針對(duì)表外業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的制約因素,從宏觀環(huán)境、內(nèi)部管理、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、產(chǎn)品定價(jià)、產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等多個(gè)角度入手,全面把握表外業(yè)務(wù)開展的每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),探索性地提出了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行表外業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展模式。本文致力于拓寬已有的研究視角,沿著開展表外業(yè)務(wù)這條線索,從宏觀環(huán)境到微觀個(gè)體,以全面的視角來探索表外業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展模式,從而對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行表外業(yè)務(wù)的創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐提供理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo),以提高商業(yè)銀行的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the development of global integration and financial liberalization, financial innovation is changing with each passing day, and the externalization of commercial banks' business statement has become one of the trends in the development of international financial industry, in order to adapt to the fierce competition in international and domestic financial markets, The development of off-balance-sheet business has become the inevitable choice of commercial banks in China, therefore, it is of great significance to study the development mode of off-balance sheet business of commercial banks in China. This paper makes use of the research methods of chart analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, combs the relevant theories of financial innovation and off-balance sheet business, and expounds the necessity and related risks of developing off-balance-sheet business in Chinese commercial banks. This paper draws lessons from the American subprime mortgage crisis on the development of off-balance sheet business of commercial banks in China, analyzes the present situation and restrictive factors of the development of off-balance sheet business of commercial banks in our country. Finally, in view of the restrictive factors of the development of off-balance sheet business, the paper analyzes the macro environment of the development of off-balance sheet business in China. From the perspectives of internal management, product development, product pricing, product marketing and risk management, we can comprehensively grasp each link of off-balance sheet business. This paper explores the development model of off-balance-sheet business in commercial banks in China. This paper is devoted to broadening the existing research perspective and following the clue of developing off-balance-sheet business, from macro environment to micro individuals. This paper explores the development mode of off-balance sheet business from a comprehensive perspective, thus providing theoretical and practical guidance for the innovation practice of off-balance sheet business in China's commercial banks, so as to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of commercial banks.
