【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國的富裕階層呈“爆炸式”增長態(tài)勢,其迅速膨脹的理財需求為我國私人銀行的發(fā)展奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。當(dāng)前,面臨我國的私人財富市場,在客戶需求尚未得到充分滿足的情況下,大力發(fā)展我國的私人銀行業(yè)發(fā)展勢在必行。同時,激烈的同業(yè)競爭也推動著行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,政策監(jiān)管給予了強力支持。金融危機帶來的客戶投資態(tài)度的變化,為我國私人銀行業(yè)發(fā)展開啟了新的契機。 客戶是私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的中心和重心,私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展必須從客戶著手,在對客戶進(jìn)行細(xì)分并透徹分析客戶需求的基礎(chǔ)上,有目標(biāo)、高效率的進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,在滿足客戶需求的同時,積極提升客戶忠誠度,從而實現(xiàn)私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的大力發(fā)展。私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展還蘊藏著各類風(fēng)險,在大力發(fā)展私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的同時有必要對各類風(fēng)險進(jìn)行管理和控制,尤其是操作風(fēng)險。 本文首先對相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了綜述和評價,在對私人銀行的定義和內(nèi)涵以及私人銀行與其他個人理財業(yè)務(wù)的區(qū)別進(jìn)行了界定和闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,對私人銀行產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)進(jìn)行了概述,并對國內(nèi)外私人銀行產(chǎn)品體系的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹。然后對我國私人銀行客戶按不同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了細(xì)分,分析了不同客戶群的風(fēng)險偏好,并在分析私人銀行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的基礎(chǔ)上研究了我國商業(yè)銀行基于客戶細(xì)分進(jìn)行私人銀行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的思路。接著分析了私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的風(fēng)險及其控制,并提出了使用模糊綜合評價對私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的操作風(fēng)險進(jìn)行評價。最后,以中國銀行深圳分行為例進(jìn)行了案例分析,包括產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、風(fēng)險控制等方面,并對其私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提出建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the economy, the rich class in our country is in an explosive growth trend, and its rapidly expanding financial needs have laid a solid foundation for the development of our private banks. At present, we are facing the private wealth market in our country. It is imperative to vigorously develop the private banking industry in China when the customer needs have not been fully satisfied. At the same time, fierce interbank competition is also promoting the rapid development of the industry. The change of customer investment attitude brought by the financial crisis has opened a new opportunity for the development of China's private banking industry. Customers are the center and center of private banking business. The development of private banking business must start from customers, on the basis of subdividing customers and thoroughly analyzing customer needs, aim and efficiently carry out product innovation. While meeting the needs of customers, we should actively promote customer loyalty so as to realize the vigorous development of private banking business. The development of private banking business also contains all kinds of risks. At the same time, it is necessary to manage and control all kinds of risks, especially operational risks. Firstly, this paper summarizes and evaluates the relevant research, and defines and expounds the definition and connotation of private bank and the difference between private bank and other personal financial management business. This paper summarizes the products and services of the private bank, and introduces the present situation of the product system of the private bank at home and abroad. Then, the author subdivides the private bank customers according to different standards, and analyzes the risk preference of different customer groups. On the basis of analyzing the product innovation of private bank, this paper studies the idea of private bank product innovation based on customer segmentation in our country, and then analyzes the risk and control of private bank business. Finally, taking the Shenzhen Branch of Bank of China as an example, the paper makes a case study, including product innovation, risk control and so on. And put forward the suggestion to its private bank business development.
