【摘要】：儲備職能和計價職能是國際貨幣的主要職能,也是貨幣國際化的重要標志。基于國際債券計價貨幣和國際儲備貨幣視角的研究結果表明,經濟貿易實力和軍事實力越強大,幣值越穩(wěn)定,國內金融市場深化程度越高,則本國貨幣在國際債券計價貨幣和國際儲備貨幣構成中的份額就越高,反之則相反。由于國際貨幣履行職能時存在強大的慣性作用,新國際貨幣崛起與在位國際貨幣衰落的替代過程漸進而又漫長。在人民幣國際化的初期階段可依托國際貿易從區(qū)域和遠端兩個市場、從計價和結算職能著手同步推進,同時還應嘗試在亞洲范圍內推行石油等國際大宗商品人民幣計價。
[Abstract]:The reserve function and the valuation function are the main functions of the international currency and also the important symbol of the currency internationalization. The research results based on the international bond denominated currency and the international reserve currency show that the economic and trade strength and the military strength are stronger. The more stable the currency and the higher the depth of the domestic financial market, the higher the share of the local currency in the composition of the international bond denominated currency and the international reserve currency, and vice versa. Because of the strong inertia in the performance of the functions of the international currency, The replacement process between the rise of the new international currency and the decline of the incumbent international currency is gradual and long. In the early stage of RMB internationalization, international trade can be relied on to synchronize the pricing and settlement functions from the regional and remote markets. Attempts should also be made to introduce renminbi pricing for international commodities such as oil in Asia.
