【摘要】：當(dāng)前,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)正進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變。而銀行業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不可或缺的重要組成部分,必將受到前所未有的沖擊。工商銀行作為中國(guó)銀行業(yè)的一份子,只有通過經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型才能更加健康持續(xù)的發(fā)展。縣支行是工商銀行機(jī)構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要組成部分,也是構(gòu)成工商銀行整體經(jīng)營(yíng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要因素。從江西省情況看,縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)占據(jù)全省經(jīng)濟(jì)較大比重,并且持續(xù)快速健康發(fā)展,為各類金融業(yè)務(wù)提供了廣闊的市場(chǎng)空間。 但目前發(fā)展格局正日益發(fā)生變化,同業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的激烈,客戶需求的不斷提升,傳統(tǒng)意義上的金融服務(wù)已不能滿足市場(chǎng)的要求,經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型已成為縣支行發(fā)展的唯一出路。 本文通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外銀行業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型的探討,深刻了解經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型的意義。進(jìn)一步分析了江西分行縣支行經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政策、市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,指明了經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型是縣支行發(fā)展的必要性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了縣支行經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略,并一一作了闡述。為了保障相關(guān)策略的落實(shí),本文在人力資源、組織架構(gòu)、政策資源等方面總結(jié)了一些措施,保障縣支行經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型的順利實(shí)施。并設(shè)想了未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy is undergoing economic restructuring and transformation of the mode of economic development. As an indispensable part of economic development, the banking industry is bound to suffer unprecedented impact. ICBC, as a member of China's banking industry, Only through business transformation can we develop more healthily and continuously. The county branch is an important part of the ICBC institutional network and an important factor that constitutes the advantages of ICBC's overall management network. Judging from the situation in Jiangxi Province, County economy accounts for a large proportion of the province's economy and continues to develop rapidly and healthily, which provides broad market space for all kinds of financial business. But at present, the pattern of development is changing day by day, the competition of the same industry is fierce, the customer demand is rising constantly, the financial service in the traditional sense can no longer meet the requirements of the market, the management transformation has become the only way out for the development of the county branch. In this paper, the significance of operation transformation is deeply understood through the discussion of domestic and foreign banking business transformation, and the economy, policy and market environment of Jiangxi branch county branch management transformation are further analyzed. This paper points out that business transformation is the necessity of county branch development. On the basis of this, it puts forward the business development strategy of county branch management transformation, and expounds it one by one. In order to ensure the implementation of relevant strategies, this paper is based on human resources, organizational structure, This paper summarizes some measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the transformation of county branch management, and conceive the research direction in the future.
