中國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的FDI技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)過(guò)近30年的合資合作,我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。外資的進(jìn)入對(duì)我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)制造能力的提高和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的改善都起到了極大的推動(dòng)作用。另一方面,我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比還有很大差距,特別是在核心技術(shù)和創(chuàng)新能力方面;外資的大量進(jìn)入也導(dǎo)致了我國(guó)本土汽車企業(yè)處于市場(chǎng)和技術(shù)“邊緣化”的危險(xiǎn)之中。針對(duì)這些問題,只有通過(guò)系統(tǒng)研究中國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的FDI技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng),才能對(duì)其有一個(gè)更正確的認(rèn)識(shí),從而提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。 本文基于以上視角,從理論和實(shí)證兩個(gè)角度對(duì)該問題進(jìn)行研究。首先從理論上分析了FDI技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理以及影響因素。并以汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,分析了FDI在我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展概況,包括我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)引進(jìn)FDI的歷程、特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展的新趨勢(shì),接著從整個(gè)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的角度定性分析了FDI對(duì)我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響。實(shí)證部分,采用1992-2010年的我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用雙機(jī)制檢驗(yàn)?zāi)P头治隽薋DI的流入對(duì)內(nèi)資汽車企業(yè)產(chǎn)生的溢出效應(yīng),得出的檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果為:外資企業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率是內(nèi)資企業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率變動(dòng)的主要原因,而外資的參與程度與內(nèi)資企業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率變動(dòng)沒有顯著的聯(lián)系。最終得出的基本結(jié)論是:一方面,整體上FDI促進(jìn)了我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的提升;另一方面,FDI對(duì)內(nèi)資企業(yè)的“競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性溢出效應(yīng)”是顯著的,而“集聚性溢出效應(yīng)”并沒有得到充分體現(xiàn)。本文的最后就如何更好的促進(jìn)和擴(kuò)大汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的FDI技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:After nearly 30 years of joint venture and cooperation, China's automobile industry has been greatly developed. The entry of foreign capital has greatly promoted the improvement of manufacturing capability and industrial structure of China's automobile industry. On the other hand, Compared with the developed countries, there is still a big gap between China's automobile industry and the developed countries, especially in the core technology and innovation ability. The large amount of foreign capital also causes the domestic automobile enterprises to be in the danger of being "marginalized" in the market and technology. In view of these problems, only through the systematic study of the FDI technology spillover effect of the Chinese automobile industry, In order to have a more correct understanding of it, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Based on the above perspective, this paper studies this problem from both theoretical and empirical perspectives. Firstly, it theoretically analyzes the mechanism of FDI technology spillover effect and its influencing factors, and takes the automobile industry as the research object. This paper analyzes the development of FDI in China's automobile industry, including the course, characteristics and new development trend of introducing FDI into China's automobile industry, and then qualitatively analyzes the impact of FDI on China's automobile industry from the perspective of the whole automobile industry. Based on the relevant data of China's automobile industry from 1992 to 2010, this paper analyzes the spillover effect of FDI inflow on domestic automobile enterprises by using the double-mechanism test model. The results of the test are as follows: the labor productivity of foreign-funded enterprises is the main reason for the change of labor productivity in domestic enterprises. However, the degree of participation of foreign capital has no significant relationship with the change of labor productivity of domestic enterprises. Finally, the basic conclusions are as follows: on the one hand, FDI has promoted the technological progress and the upgrading of industrial structure of China's automobile industry as a whole; On the other hand, the "competitive spillover effect" of FDI on domestic enterprises is significant. However, the "agglomeration spillover effect" has not been fully reflected. Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to better promote and expand the FDI technology spillover effect of automobile industry.
