統(tǒng)一支付平臺(tái)對(duì)關(guān)聯(lián)支付系統(tǒng)的整合實(shí)踐

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,金融改革繼續(xù)深入,,金融市場(chǎng)日益完善,支付方式也不斷創(chuàng)新,對(duì)支付清算服務(wù)提出了更多、更新、更高的要求。2009年,作為中國(guó)支付體系核心和樞紐建設(shè)和管理者的中國(guó)人民銀行,針對(duì)當(dāng)前及今后一段時(shí)期社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)金融發(fā)展對(duì)中央銀行支付系統(tǒng)的新需求,結(jié)合支付系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的生命周期和正在建設(shè)永久災(zāi)備系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際,決定在第一代支付系統(tǒng)成功建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒吸收,與時(shí)俱進(jìn),抓緊建設(shè)功能更加完善、更加安全高效的第二代支付系統(tǒng)。 國(guó)內(nèi)地方人行、支付寶、財(cái)付通等也逐步推進(jìn)區(qū)域內(nèi)同城支付和電子支付結(jié)算,因此國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行支付結(jié)算類應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)會(huì)逐步增多。 包商銀行在經(jīng)過對(duì)行內(nèi)現(xiàn)狀的分析后,以建設(shè)第二代支付系統(tǒng)為契機(jī),以大額支付系統(tǒng)、小額支付系統(tǒng)等應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)為主導(dǎo),整合行內(nèi)現(xiàn)有支付類系統(tǒng),為本行打造統(tǒng)一支付平臺(tái),以應(yīng)對(duì)支付業(yè)務(wù)各種聯(lián)網(wǎng)的需要和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的需求。 本文的研究重點(diǎn)如下: (1)充分了解包商銀行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,建設(shè)統(tǒng)一支付平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)與行內(nèi)各系統(tǒng)緊密契合,與行內(nèi)業(yè)務(wù)流程完美整合,并能為包商銀行未來發(fā)展提供技術(shù)支撐、業(yè)務(wù)支撐。 (2)基于OSGi框架規(guī)范,自動(dòng)匯兌路由需求,服務(wù)定制化的組件開發(fā)配置管理模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)支付系統(tǒng)高度模塊化,方便擴(kuò)展與升級(jí);有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)流程的分解、整合、升級(jí),符合未來系統(tǒng)建設(shè)主流方向。 (3)完備的基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)組件,系統(tǒng)管理、監(jiān)控服務(wù);強(qiáng)大的技術(shù)平臺(tái)/業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái)支持,為支付系統(tǒng)整合提供技術(shù)/業(yè)務(wù)準(zhǔn)備。 (4)快捷、方便的交易開發(fā)平臺(tái),豐富的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化交易原型庫,簡(jiǎn)化交易開發(fā)流程,并提高交易的穩(wěn)定性。 (5)提供與各業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)潔、高效的數(shù)據(jù)接口定義,兼容各主流的通訊方式、報(bào)文組織方式。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy, the deepening of financial reform, the improvement of financial markets and the continuous innovation of payment methods, more, newer and higher requirements have been put forward for payment settlement services. In 2009, The people's Bank of China, as the core and key construction and manager of China's payment system, aims at the new demand for the payment system of the Central Bank for the current and future social economic and financial development. Combining the life cycle of the operation of the payment system and the reality of the permanent disaster preparedness system under construction, it is decided that on the basis of the successful construction of the first generation of payment system, we should draw lessons from it, keep pace with the times, and grasp the construction function to be more perfect. More secure and efficient second generation payment system. Local people's Bank of China, Alipay, Tenpay and so on also gradually promote the same city payment and electronic payment settlement in the region, so the application system of payment and settlement of domestic commercial bank will be increased step by step. After analyzing the present situation in the industry, the contractor bank takes the construction of the second generation payment system as an opportunity, and takes the large value payment system, small payment system and other application systems as the dominant ones to integrate the existing payment systems in the industry. To create a unified payment platform for the Bank to meet the needs of various payment services networking and business development needs. The research focus of this paper is as follows:. 1) fully understand the development strategy and business status of the contractor bank, build a unified payment platform, and realize close integration with the system in the industry, perfect integration with the business process in the industry, and provide technical support and business support for the future development of the contractor bank. Based on the OSGi framework specification, automatic exchange routing requirements, service customization, component development configuration management mode, to achieve a high degree of modularization payment system, easy to expand and upgrade, help to achieve business process decomposition, integration, upgrade, In line with the future system construction mainstream direction. 3) complete basic service components, system management, monitoring services, strong technical platform / business platform support to provide technical / business preparation for payment system integration. Fast and convenient trading development platform, rich standardized transaction prototype library, simplified transaction development process and improved transaction stability. 5) providing simple and efficient data interface definition with various business systems, compatible with the mainstream communication mode and message organization mode.
