【摘要】：本文從生命周期理財(cái)理論和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論出發(fā)，借鑒國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以謀求X銀行哈爾濱分行的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展為宗旨。本文以理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，首先回顧了國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展和經(jīng)驗(yàn),以及X銀行哈爾濱分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題；然后運(yùn)用SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析工具對(duì)X銀行哈爾濱分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)面臨的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析；再運(yùn)用大戰(zhàn)略矩陣分析法得出X銀行哈爾濱分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)公司層戰(zhàn)略；接下來(lái)又根據(jù)國(guó)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和X銀行哈爾濱分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)存在的問(wèn)題提出了經(jīng)營(yíng)層戰(zhàn)略和職能層戰(zhàn)略；最后，，根據(jù)各層戰(zhàn)略特點(diǎn)為X銀行哈爾濱分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)提出了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Based on life cycle finance theory and enterprise strategic management theory, this paper draws on the advanced experience of personal finance business of foreign commercial banks. In order to seek the core competitive advantage and sustainable development of Harbin Branch of X Bank, this paper firstly reviews the development and experience of personal finance business of foreign commercial banks by combining theory with practice. As well as X bank Harbin branch personal finance business development status and existing problems; Then using the SWOT strategic analysis tool to analyze the external environment and internal environment of the personal finance business in Harbin Branch of X Bank; Then using the large strategic matrix analysis method to get X bank Harbin branch of personal finance business company level strategy; Then, according to the advanced experience of foreign countries and the problems existing in the personal finance business of Harbin Branch of X Bank, the paper puts forward the management level strategy and the function level strategy; Finally, according to the characteristics of each level of strategy, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the personal finance business of Harbin Branch of X Bank.
