【摘要】：本文運(yùn)用理論分析和實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法探討匯率制度改革后人民幣升值對中國貿(mào)易平衡的影響。首先通過分析不同匯率制度下匯率對貿(mào)易平衡的調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制以及人民幣匯率制度的發(fā)展歷程，厘清人民幣匯率制度與貿(mào)易平衡之間的關(guān)系。在此基礎(chǔ)上，選擇2001年12月至2012年3月中國加入世界貿(mào)易組織之后的樣本數(shù)據(jù)作為總樣本，2005年7月我國人民幣匯率改革后到2012年3月的樣本數(shù)據(jù)作為子樣本，運(yùn)用計(jì)量方法分別對兩個(gè)時(shí)期貿(mào)易平衡對人民幣匯率變動的敏感程度進(jìn)行測量和對比，反映了匯率制度改革后人民幣升值對中國貿(mào)易平衡的影響。實(shí)證研究的結(jié)論是：自2005年7月人民幣匯率制度改革以來，我國貿(mào)易平衡的價(jià)格彈性顯著增強(qiáng)，匯率的價(jià)格信號機(jī)制也有所加強(qiáng)，說明匯率制度改革使人民幣匯率更好地發(fā)揮對貿(mào)易收支的調(diào)節(jié)作用；與過分強(qiáng)調(diào)人民幣匯率影響全球貿(mào)易收支平衡的論調(diào)不同，，本實(shí)證研究顯示人民幣升值并不能顯著地減少中國對外貿(mào)易順差；但是人民幣升值可能會改變中國與不同貿(mào)易伙伴之間的貿(mào)易平衡關(guān)系，使我國與不同貿(mào)易伙伴之間的貿(mào)易平衡發(fā)生逆轉(zhuǎn)；人民幣匯率制度改革后的升值對工業(yè)制成品貿(mào)易的影響要大于對初級品貿(mào)易的影響。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the influence of RMB appreciation on China's trade balance after the reform of exchange rate system is discussed by combining theoretical analysis with empirical analysis. Firstly, by analyzing the adjustment mechanism of exchange rate to trade balance under different exchange rate regimes, And the development of RMB exchange rate system. Based on the analysis of the relationship between RMB exchange rate regime and trade balance, the sample data of China's accession to WTO from December 2001 to March 2012 are selected as the total sample. The sample data from July 2005 to March 2012 after the RMB exchange rate reform in China are taken as sub-samples. The sensitivity of trade balance to RMB exchange rate in two periods is measured and compared by means of econometric method. It reflects the impact of RMB appreciation on China's trade balance after the reform of the exchange rate regime. The conclusion of the empirical study is: since July 2005, the RMB exchange rate system reform. The price elasticity of China's trade balance has been greatly enhanced, and the price signaling mechanism of exchange rate has also been strengthened, which shows that the reform of exchange rate regime makes the RMB exchange rate play a better role in regulating the balance of trade. Different from the argument that the RMB exchange rate affects the global trade balance, this empirical study shows that RMB appreciation can not significantly reduce China's foreign trade surplus; However, the appreciation of RMB may change the trade balance relationship between China and different trading partners and reverse the trade balance between China and different trading partners. After the reform of RMB exchange rate system, the effect of RMB appreciation on the trade of manufactured goods is greater than that on the trade of primary commodities.
