【摘要】：本文以大眾汽車為例論述了19世紀(jì)50年代末到20世紀(jì)初德國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)私有化過程中公眾股方案的出臺(tái)和實(shí)施過程,評(píng)價(jià)了公眾股對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展以及個(gè)人家庭金融資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,探討了人口老齡化背景下增加德國(guó)個(gè)人養(yǎng)老保障金融資產(chǎn)組合中的股票占比從而提高資產(chǎn)組合收益率以滿足個(gè)人養(yǎng)老需求的必要性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Volkswagen as an example to discuss the end of the 1850s to the introduction of the privatization of state-owned enterprises in the process of the German public stock plan in early twentieth Century and the implementation process, and evaluates the effect of public shares on the development of enterprises and individual households financial asset structure, discusses the background of the aging population in Germany increased personal pension insurance in the portfolio of financial assets stock in order to improve the proportion of the portfolio returns to meet the necessity of personal pension demand.
