【摘要】:隨著宏觀政策的變化和國內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行及其他金融機(jī)構(gòu)的增加,銀行之間的競爭愈演愈烈。在激烈的競爭過程中,各家商業(yè)銀行開始逐步體會到商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對各自健康和可持續(xù)性發(fā)展起著越來越重要的作用,它們的戰(zhàn)略意識、品牌意識和服務(wù)意識也逐步增強(qiáng)。華夏銀行呼和浩特分行作為第一家入駐內(nèi)蒙古的全國性股份制商業(yè)銀行,歷經(jīng)8年多的發(fā)展,人員、機(jī)構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)期目標(biāo),在自治區(qū)金融市場也形成了一定影響力。但隨著內(nèi)外部經(jīng)營·環(huán)境的變化,分行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展遇到了前所未有的難題。在此特殊時(shí)期,重新定位經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略、調(diào)整經(jīng)營思路、探索適合華夏銀行呼和浩特分行發(fā)展需要的、科學(xué)的經(jīng)營發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,從而提升華夏銀行呼和浩特分行未來綜合競爭力是非常必要的。希望通過研究本課題,能夠?qū)θA夏銀行呼和浩特分行未來戰(zhàn)略制定和決策實(shí)施起到一定的借鑒作用。 本文首先闡述了銀行發(fā)展經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略的研究背景和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,綜述國內(nèi)外對此問題的研究現(xiàn)狀,并提出了本文的研究對象、方法和技術(shù)路線,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過PEST模型和波特五力分析模型分別對華夏銀行呼和浩特分行所處的外部宏觀環(huán)境和競爭環(huán)境進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的分析,并針對分行內(nèi)部環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,從資源和能力兩個(gè)角度進(jìn)行分析。之后,在運(yùn)用SWOT分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合總行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提出分行戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),并進(jìn)行競爭戰(zhàn)略選擇,提出確保戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的針對性措施。
[Abstract]:With the change of macro policy and the increase of domestic and foreign commercial banks and other financial institutions, the competition between banks is becoming more and more fierce. Commercial banks began to gradually realize that the development strategy of commercial banks plays an increasingly important role in their health and sustainable development, and their strategic awareness. Huaxia Bank Hohhot Branch, as the first national joint-stock commercial bank in Inner Mongolia, has experienced more than 8 years of development, personnel and institutions. The business has basically achieved the expected goal and formed a certain influence in the financial market of the autonomous region. However, with the change of internal and external operation and environment, branch business development has encountered unprecedented difficulties. In this special period. Reorient the management strategy, adjust the management thinking, and explore the scientific management development strategy suitable for the development of Huhhot Branch of Huhhot Bank of Huaxia Bank. Therefore, it is very necessary to enhance the future comprehensive competitiveness of Huhhot Branch of Huaxia Bank. It can be used for reference for Huhhot branch of Huaxia Bank. This paper first describes the research background and practical significance of the development and management strategy of banks, summarizes the current situation of research on this issue at home and abroad, and puts forward the research object, methods and technical route of this paper, on this basis. Through PEST model and Porter five-force analysis model, the external macro environment and competition environment of Huhehaote Branch of Huaxia Bank are analyzed in detail, and the current situation of internal environment of Huhhot Branch is analyzed. Then, on the basis of SWOT analysis, combined with the development strategy of the head office, the strategic goal of the branch is put forward, and the competitive strategy is selected. Put forward the targeted measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy.
