【摘要】：本文結(jié)合商業(yè)銀行合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究和實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,對(duì)商業(yè)銀行合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的有效性進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性研究,通過(guò)定性和定量分析研究了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)效果及存在的相關(guān)問(wèn)題,給出了改善建議。 本文首先對(duì)商業(yè)銀行金融監(jiān)管以及合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性研究,分析了商業(yè)銀行合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的必要性,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外在合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面的理論研究成果；其次回顧了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的實(shí)踐過(guò)程,采用比較分析方法對(duì)我行商業(yè)銀行合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)效果進(jìn)行了考察；再者對(duì)商業(yè)銀行合規(guī)成本的構(gòu)成進(jìn)行了分析和研究,并引入成本有效性分析方法,構(gòu)建商業(yè)銀行合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的有效性衡量模型,進(jìn)行假設(shè)推理得出了一般性結(jié)論,在此基礎(chǔ)上引用某在華外資銀行的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行了案例分析；最后提出了若干建議。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a systematic study on the effectiveness of the commercial bank ' s compliance risk management by using the existing research and practical application at home and abroad of the compliance risk management of commercial banks . Through qualitative and quantitative analysis , the objective realization effect and related problems of the compliance risk management of commercial banks in China are studied , and suggestions are given . Firstly , the paper systematically studies the relevant theories of commercial bank ' s financial supervision and compliance risk management , analyzes the necessity of the commercial bank ' s compliance risk management and the theoretical research results at home and abroad in compliance risk management . Secondly , it reviews the practice process of the compliance risk management of commercial banks .
