商業(yè)環(huán)境對創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略選擇和績效的影響:從最落后的經(jīng)濟體視角

  在全球化競爭加劇,日益縮短的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)周期以及生產(chǎn)和交付技術(shù)的進步的大環(huán)境背景下,制造業(yè)企業(yè)的持續(xù)盈利能力和績效表現(xiàn)已經(jīng)變得更加依賴于持續(xù)創(chuàng)新。創(chuàng)新不僅有助于制造業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)造高的客戶價值,從而提高績效,而且還潛在的影響宏觀經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和國家社會福利,而這正是創(chuàng)新成為各國政府發(fā)展政策的中心議程和學(xué)術(shù)研究焦點的主要原因。同時,現(xiàn)有研究結(jié)果表明,制造業(yè)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營在不同的社會經(jīng)濟和社會文化條件下對于創(chuàng)新活動有著不同的選擇傾向,從而獲得的結(jié)果也不盡相同。雖然關(guān)于創(chuàng)新管理理論的研究已有很多,但是現(xiàn)有研究仍有一些不足。首先,以往研究主要關(guān)注的是西方商業(yè)環(huán)境下的發(fā)達國家和知名企業(yè),而對發(fā)展中國家和最不發(fā)達國家的商業(yè)環(huán)境如何影響制造業(yè)企業(yè)長短期戰(zhàn)略制定的研究嚴重不足。此外,現(xiàn)有關(guān)于發(fā)達國家的研究成果能否適用于最不發(fā)達國家的商業(yè)環(huán)境還有待商榷。其次,雖然內(nèi)外部商業(yè)環(huán)境對企業(yè)長短期戰(zhàn)略選擇和績效表現(xiàn)的影響研究已有很多,但是當(dāng)前的理論模型不能在一個模型中同時考量內(nèi)外部商業(yè)環(huán)境。為了更好的理解內(nèi)外部商業(yè)環(huán)境對戰(zhàn)略選擇和企業(yè)績效的影響,本文主要有三大研究目的。首先,關(guān)于埃塞俄比亞的商業(yè)環(huán)境對制造業(yè)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營決策過程的影響...
