中國(guó)農(nóng)作物生物燃料政策對(duì)食品經(jīng)濟(jì)及能源安全影響研究

經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展伴隨著高能源需求。20世紀(jì),豐富巨大規(guī)模開采的礦物燃料(煤和油)為主要能源,全球發(fā)展目前面臨著兩個(gè)主要問題,其一,主要石油生產(chǎn)國(guó)家石油資源的耗竭及政治不穩(wěn)定所導(dǎo)致的油價(jià)上升影響著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,其二,氣候變化所引起的環(huán)境問題使得人們更關(guān)注于溫室氣體的減少。包括生物燃料在內(nèi)的可再生能源可作為礦物燃料替代品。本文以生物燃料為研究對(duì)象,主要研究生物燃料政策及其與經(jīng)濟(jì)、農(nóng)業(yè)、能源之間的關(guān)系。發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的生物燃料政策引起生物燃料與食品的矛盾,這一矛盾已日益引起人們的廣泛關(guān)注。與其不同,中國(guó)生物燃料政策更關(guān)注于生物燃料與食品安全之間的協(xié)調(diào)均衡。中國(guó)已形成了一個(gè)可供其他國(guó)家參考的生物燃料樣本模式。論文綜述了生物燃料及其對(duì)食品經(jīng)濟(jì)及能源安全影響的相關(guān)理論及研究動(dòng)態(tài),介紹了巴西美國(guó)生物燃料發(fā)展變化情況,分析了中國(guó)農(nóng)作物生物燃料政策,探討了中國(guó)發(fā)展農(nóng)作物生物燃料的動(dòng)因,優(yōu)劣勢(shì),著重研究了中國(guó)農(nóng)作物生物燃料政策與主要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格及能源價(jià)格的關(guān)系,以反映中國(guó)農(nóng)作物生物燃料政策對(duì)中國(guó)食品經(jīng)濟(jì)及能源安全的影響。研究表明中國(guó)所采用的農(nóng)作物生物燃料政策可作為其他國(guó)家發(fā)展生物燃料的參考模式。
