【摘要】：改革開放以來,中國工業(yè)實現(xiàn)了以高投資、高能耗及高排放為代價的高速增長,由此引致的資源消耗和環(huán)境問題日益加劇,傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)化道路難以為繼。中國工業(yè)必須走新型工業(yè)化道路,即以信息化帶動工業(yè)化,以工業(yè)化促進(jìn)信息化,走出一條科技含量高、經(jīng)濟效益好、資源消耗低、環(huán)境污染少和人力資源優(yōu)勢得到充分發(fā)揮的新型工業(yè)化路子。這一道路的本質(zhì)就是通過兩化融合促進(jìn)工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的增長。因此,探索兩化融合對工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的影響機制是政府和學(xué)術(shù)界密切關(guān)注的重要課題。本文在梳理國內(nèi)外兩化融合和工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,有效整合了兩化融合與全要素生產(chǎn)率的相關(guān)理論,對兩化融合影響工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的傳導(dǎo)機制進(jìn)行探索性研究。首先,改進(jìn)已有文獻(xiàn)兩化融合指標(biāo)體系,測度我國工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率并進(jìn)行分解分析;其次,定量考察兩化融合及其內(nèi)部分項指標(biāo)對工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的影響關(guān)系及程度,并進(jìn)一步運用中介效應(yīng)的方法探索了兩化融合影響工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的傳導(dǎo)機制。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)兩化融合對工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率具有顯著的促進(jìn)作用,且這種促進(jìn)作用是通過技術(shù)進(jìn)步和綜合技術(shù)效率為中介傳導(dǎo)的。(2)兩化融合內(nèi)部各指數(shù)對工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的影響不均衡,信息技術(shù)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的各個環(huán)節(jié)鑲嵌的程度和效果對工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的影響不顯著。最后,基于上述結(jié)論,本文提出推進(jìn)兩化深度融合、促進(jìn)工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率增長的相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's industry has achieved high-speed growth at the cost of high investment, high energy consumption and high emissions. The resulting resource consumption and environmental problems are becoming more and more serious, and the traditional industrialization road is difficult to sustain. Chinese industry must take the road of new industrialization, that is, drive industrialization with informatization, promote informatization with industrialization, and walk out a new industrialization road with high scientific and technological content, good economic benefit, low resource consumption, less environmental pollution and full play of human resources advantages. The essence of this road is to promote the growth of industrial total factor productivity through dual integration. Therefore, it is an important topic for the government and academia to explore the influence mechanism of the integration of the two modernizations on the total factor productivity of industry. On the basis of combing the research results related to the fusion of two modernizations and industrial total factor productivity at home and abroad, this paper effectively integrates the related theories of integration and total factor productivity, and makes an exploratory study on the transmission mechanism of the impact of the integration of two modernizations on industrial total factor productivity. First of all, we improve the existing literature fusion index system, measure and decompose the industrial total factor productivity (TFP) in China; secondly, quantitatively investigate the relationship and degree of the influence of twinning fusion and its internal sub-indicators on industrial TFP, and further explore the transmission mechanism of twinning fusion affecting industrial TFP by using the method of intermediary effect. The results show that: (1) the fusion of twinning has a significant promoting effect on industrial total factor productivity, and this promoting effect is transmitted through technological progress and comprehensive technical efficiency. (2) the influence of each index on industrial total factor productivity is uneven, and the degree and effect of information technology inlay in each link of industrial production have no significant influence on industrial total factor productivity. Finally, based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the deep integration of the two and promote the growth of industrial total factor productivity.
