【摘要】：采用DEA—Malmquist法,對(duì)9家旅游裝備制造業(yè)上市公司2011年-2015年"十二五"期間的生產(chǎn)效率進(jìn)行測(cè)度。結(jié)果顯示:在靜態(tài)效率方面,旅游裝備制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率出現(xiàn)了先增后降的趨勢(shì);企業(yè)的綜合技術(shù)效率、純技術(shù)生產(chǎn)效率、規(guī)模效率等變化趨勢(shì)一致,但是企業(yè)之間存在較大差異。在動(dòng)態(tài)效率方面,盡管綜合技術(shù)效率趨于下降,但是技術(shù)進(jìn)步拉動(dòng)了全要素生產(chǎn)效率的提升,這說(shuō)明技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)旅游裝備制造業(yè)具有支撐作用。據(jù)此,提出從以下三個(gè)方面推動(dòng)旅游裝備制造企業(yè)的提質(zhì)增效:擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn)規(guī)模、提高規(guī)模效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì);加大組織創(chuàng)新、管理創(chuàng)新,完善創(chuàng)新體系;加強(qiáng)企業(yè)合作、突破區(qū)域邊界,完善裝備制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。
[Abstract]:By using the method of DEA and Malmquist, the production efficiency of 9 listed companies in the manufacturing industry of tourism equipment was measured during the 12th five-year period of 2011-2015. The results show that, in the static efficiency, the production efficiency of the manufacturing enterprises of the tourism equipment has the tendency of increasing and decreasing first, the comprehensive technical efficiency of the enterprise, the production efficiency of the pure technology, the scale efficiency and the like are consistent, but there is a great difference between the enterprises. In terms of dynamic efficiency, although the integrated technical efficiency tends to decrease, the technical progress has led to the improvement of the whole-factor production efficiency, which means that the technology innovation has a supporting role in the tourism equipment manufacturing industry. On the basis of this, it is proposed to promote the upgrading and efficiency of tourism equipment manufacturing enterprises from the following three aspects: to expand the production scale, to improve the scale efficiency, to realize the scale economy, to increase the organization innovation, to manage the innovation, to improve the innovation system, to strengthen the cooperation of the enterprises and to break through the regional boundary, To improve the industrial chain of the equipment manufacturing industry.
