【摘要】：限額設計方法是設計階段造價控制最有效方法之一。目前,限額設計方法在我國工程實際應用中雖取得一定的成效,但實際使用率仍然較低,還有很大的推廣及改進空間。傳統(tǒng)的限額設計方法能有效地將造價控制在合理的范圍內(nèi),但是不能使項目的投資效益獲得最大化,如果能與價值工程相關的原理結合起來使用,在項目價值達到最大化的基礎上進行限額,在設計領域內(nèi)兩種方法進行結合使用,那么將給設計階段的造價控制工作提供一個全新的方法,從而達到優(yōu)化設計的目的。本文的研究是將價值工程與限額設計兩種理論方法的相互結合與嵌入,兩種方法的結合實現(xiàn)了功能與成本的合理配合,達到了優(yōu)化設計與合理投資的雙重目標。論文通過對實際工程數(shù)據(jù)、材料的整理,在限額目標值確定之前進行價值工程的功能分析,對建設項目各組成部分的功能實量化,進而與經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù)結合進行投資限額分配,目的是使分配到各組成部分的成本比例與其功能的重要程度所占比例接近,再利用限額設計的方法進行限額設計,最終使功能與成本相結合,達到優(yōu)化設計的目的。
[Abstract]:Quota design method is one of the most effective methods of cost control in design stage. At present, although the quota design method has achieved some results in the practical application of engineering in our country, the actual utilization rate is still low, and there is still a lot of room for popularization and improvement. The traditional quota design method can effectively control the cost within a reasonable range, but it can not maximize the investment benefit of the project. If it can be combined with the principles related to value engineering, On the basis of maximizing the value of the project and combining the two methods in the field of design, then a new method will be provided for the cost control in the design stage, so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the design. The research of this paper is to combine and embed the two theoretical methods of value engineering and quota design. The combination of the two methods realizes the reasonable cooperation between function and cost, and achieves the dual goal of optimization design and reasonable investment. Through the collation of the actual engineering data and materials, the function of the value engineering is analyzed before the target value of the quota is determined, and the function of each component of the construction project is quantified, and then the investment limit is distributed in combination with the empirical data. The purpose is to make the proportion of cost allocated to each component close to the proportion of the importance of its function, and then use the method of quota design to design the quota, and finally combine the function with cost to achieve the purpose of optimizing the design.
