【摘要】：創(chuàng)新性地提出基于決策樹的信息化項目風(fēng)險管控方法。對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的信息化項目從業(yè)務(wù)、技術(shù)、開發(fā)能力、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范、協(xié)調(diào)溝通等方面進(jìn)行風(fēng)險管控需求的詳細(xì)分析;對典型的項目管控基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行介紹,明確典型的信息化項目的實施過程及風(fēng)險點;創(chuàng)新性地引入了分層權(quán)重法對信息化項目風(fēng)險進(jìn)行分類加權(quán),并將決策樹理論引入信息化項目風(fēng)險管控中,從而有效辨識、估計以及評價風(fēng)險點,增強(qiáng)管理人員對信息化項目風(fēng)險的管控能力,減少可能發(fā)生的對項目的不良影響。
[Abstract]:The risk control method of information project based on decision tree is put forward creatively. The information project of power grid enterprise is analyzed in detail from the aspects of business, technology, development ability, standard and standard, coordination communication and so on. Introduce the typical project management and control foundation, and make clear the implementation process and risk point of typical information project; The hierarchical weighting method is introduced to classify and weigh the risk of information project, and the decision tree theory is introduced into the risk control of information project, so as to effectively identify, estimate and evaluate the risk points. Enhance the ability of managers to control the risk of information-based projects, reduce the possible adverse impact on the project.
