【摘要】：針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)存在的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)畸形日益嚴(yán)重、發(fā)展成本日益上升、經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革桎梏、增長(zhǎng)空間收窄等問(wèn)題,振興實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)和壯大制造業(yè),關(guān)鍵要做好的工作:一是把握實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)律,精準(zhǔn)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)振興方向;二是突出重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,優(yōu)化實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu);三是降低實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)外部成本,增強(qiáng)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展后勁;四是深化重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域改革和完善體制機(jī)制,增強(qiáng)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展活力;五是深化國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)區(qū)域合作,拓寬實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)空間。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the real economy of our country, such as the increasingly serious economic structure, the rising development cost, the shackles of the economic system reform, the narrowing of the growth space, and so on, the real economy is revitalized and the manufacturing industry is strengthened. The key to do a good job: first, grasp the law of real economic development, accurate revitalization of the real economy; Second, highlight the transformation and development of key areas, optimize the structure of the real economy; third, reduce the external cost of the real economy and strengthen the stamina of the development of the real economy; fourth, deepen the reform in the key areas and improve the institutional mechanism to enhance the vitality of the development of the real economy; Fifth, deepen international and domestic regional cooperation and broaden the space for real economic growth.
