【摘要】：針對當前煤炭企業(yè)管理存在管理導向有偏差、決策滯后、管理效率低、風險控制不到位等問題,峰峰集團積極構建管理會計報告體系,將管理會計融入生產經營全過程,注重實際效果,取得了較好的應用效果。提出了相關的對策建議,為企業(yè)管理提供及時有效的信息決策支持,促進財務管理轉型和效益提升方面進行了有益的探索。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the current coal enterprise management, such as deviation of management guidance, lag of decision-making, low efficiency of management, lack of risk control, etc., Fengfeng Group actively constructs management accounting report system and integrates management accounting into the whole process of production and operation. Pay attention to the actual effect, obtained the better application effect. The relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide timely and effective information decision support for enterprise management and to promote the transformation of financial management and the promotion of efficiency.
