【摘要】：從煤炭企業(yè)基層管理現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),通過研究企業(yè)基層組織現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,分析并提出構建"三橫五縱"管理體系,創(chuàng)建"12335"團隊建設模式,建立五型管理層級,采用ABC三級評價方式等舉措,按照分級管理、評級考核、責任落實等方式,促使員工提高工作積極性,提高各級管理人員責任心,最終提高團隊執(zhí)行力、向心力,達到提升煤炭企業(yè)競爭力的預期目標。
[Abstract]:Based on the present situation of coal enterprises' grass-roots management, this paper analyzes and puts forward the construction of "three horizontal and five vertical" management system, the establishment of "12335" team building mode, and the establishment of five-type management level by studying the present situation and existing problems of grass-roots organizations in coal enterprises. By adopting the three-level evaluation method of ABC, according to the methods of grading management, rating assessment, responsibility implementation and so on, the staff are urged to improve their work enthusiasm, improve the responsibility of managers at all levels, and finally improve the team execution ability and centripetal force, and so on. To achieve the goal of improving the competitiveness of coal enterprises.
