【摘要】：現(xiàn)有關(guān)于美國(guó)食品價(jià)格管控的文獻(xiàn)偏重美國(guó)食品價(jià)格管控政策體系的分析,忽略了資源稟賦、勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展階段等在食品價(jià)格穩(wěn)定中的作用。通過(guò)對(duì)CPI和食品CPI數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,在定量上進(jìn)一步證實(shí)美國(guó)食品價(jià)格水平增速低,且波動(dòng)性小。這除了與美國(guó)的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)GDP增長(zhǎng)率和失業(yè)率等因素有關(guān)外,還與美國(guó)在農(nóng)業(yè)方面的資源稟賦、勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率具有很強(qiáng)的相關(guān)性。而且美國(guó)食品價(jià)格管控綜合治理體系在食品價(jià)格穩(wěn)定方面更是起到?jīng)Q定性作用。本文依據(jù)美國(guó)食品價(jià)格管控的經(jīng)驗(yàn),基于中國(guó)國(guó)情,提出我國(guó)食品價(jià)格管控的政策建議,以期為我國(guó)有關(guān)政府部門(mén)價(jià)格政策制定提供參考。
[Abstract]:The current literature on food price control in the United States focuses on the analysis of American food price control policy system, neglecting the role of resource endowment, labor productivity and stage of economic development in food price stability. Through the statistical analysis of CPI and food CPI data, the quantitative analysis further confirmed that the food price level in the United States has low growth rate and low volatility. This is not only related to the GDP growth rate and unemployment rate of the United States, but also to the resource endowment and labor productivity of the United States in agriculture. And the food price control and control system in the United States plays a decisive role in food price stability. Based on the experience of food price control in the United States and the situation of China, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on food price control in China, in order to provide a reference for the formulation of price policy of relevant government departments in China.
