【摘要】：自中國入世以來,中國經(jīng)濟獲得前所未有的發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟增長、國際貿(mào)易規(guī)模都穩(wěn)居世界前列,更大范圍、更廣領(lǐng)域以及更深層次的參與并促進了經(jīng)濟全球化。無論是在供需矛盾、外貿(mào)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面,還是在生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)等專業(yè)領(lǐng)域,與國外先進的大型石化企業(yè)比較差距較明顯,存在的問題較多。這就要求中國的石化企業(yè)在技術(shù)水平以及成本管控等方面要有所提高,以面臨越來越殘酷的競爭環(huán)境。隨著科學(xué)知識密集型的技術(shù)的日新月異,計算機技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)等的快速發(fā)展,其基本理論知識在物流系統(tǒng)中的層層滲透以及重大作用,物流在企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展壯大中起著越來越重要的“助推器”的作用。物流是企業(yè)的“第三利潤源”,可以減少生產(chǎn)制造過程中的損耗,從而降低物流費用,提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,通過物流的合理化和現(xiàn)代化,能夠非常有效的提升企業(yè)的市場競爭力。論文共分五部分。第一部分主要是論文的選題背景和研究意義,關(guān)于�；肺锪鞯膰鴥�(nèi)外研究綜述,論文使用的主要研究方法以及技術(shù)框架設(shè)計。第二部分是理論基礎(chǔ),簡要概述了�；肺锪骱褪袠I(yè)物流的特點,分析了國內(nèi)石化物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,是論文研究的基礎(chǔ)與前提。第三部分是泉州石化的物流環(huán)境分析,介紹了泉州石化物流的發(fā)展概況,分析了泉州石化物流發(fā)展外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境以及存在的主要問題。第四部分是泉州石化物流發(fā)展的對策建議,也是本論文的重點。第五部分是結(jié)論與展望,概括了論文的主要研究結(jié)論,存在的不足之處,并對未來的研究進行展望。本文旨在研究泉州石化公司現(xiàn)行的物流管理現(xiàn)狀以及面臨的困境,根據(jù)行業(yè)的特點和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合泉州石化公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,為泉州石化公司物流管理提出改進建議,幫助泉州石化公司降低物流成本,提高企業(yè)的競爭力,并希望有助于優(yōu)化和提升石化行業(yè)的物流管理。
[Abstract]:Since China's accession to the WTO, China's economy has achieved unprecedented development, economic growth and international trade scale have steadily ranked the forefront in the world, with wider scope, wider field and deeper level of participation and promotion of economic globalization. Whether in the contradiction of supply and demand, the structure of foreign trade, or in the production technology, product structure and other professional fields, compared with the foreign advanced large petrochemical enterprises, the gap is obvious, and there are many problems. This requires Chinese petrochemical enterprises to improve their technical level and cost control in order to face a more and more cruel competitive environment. With the rapid development of science knowledge-intensive technology, computer technology and communication technology, its basic theoretical knowledge permeates layer by layer and plays an important role in logistics system. Logistics plays a more and more important role in the survival and development of enterprises. Logistics is the "third profit source" of enterprises, which can reduce the loss in the process of production and manufacture, thus reduce the cost of logistics, improve the quality of service. Through the rationalization and modernization of logistics, it can effectively enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is mainly about the background and significance of the thesis, the domestic and foreign research on dangerous chemicals logistics, the main research methods and the technical framework design. The second part is the theoretical basis, briefly summarizes the characteristics of dangerous chemicals logistics and petrochemical industry logistics, and analyzes the development status of domestic petrochemical logistics enterprises, which is the basis and premise of the paper. The third part is the analysis of the logistics environment of Quanzhou Petrochemical Corporation, introduces the development situation of Quanzhou Petrochemical Logistics, and analyzes the external and internal environment of the development of Quanzhou Petrochemical Logistics, as well as the main problems. The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions of Quanzhou Petrochemical Logistics, which is also the focus of this paper. The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook, summarizes the main research conclusions, shortcomings, and prospects for future research. The purpose of this paper is to study the current situation of logistics management of Quanzhou Petrochemical Company and the difficulties it faces. According to the characteristics and development situation of the industry, combined with the development strategy of Quanzhou Petrochemical Company, the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the logistics management of Quanzhou Petrochemical Company. To help Quanzhou Petrochemical Company to reduce logistics costs, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and hope to help optimize and enhance the petrochemical industry logistics management.
