基于智能優(yōu)化算法的液晶電視裝配線平衡改善
[Abstract]:The balance of assembly line has always been an important component of production management in manufacturing enterprises. It is one of the important means of layout and optimization of basic process flow, that is, under certain constraints, A series of operational elements on the assembly line are reasonably allocated to each work station or workstation, and the balance and stability of the production system can be realized. Too low balance rate of assembly line will lose a lot of man-hours, affect production efficiency, and even cause shutdown when serious. The assembly line balance problem is a complex combinatorial optimization problem, but there is still no effective optimal algorithm. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the domestic and foreign experts and scholars' research on assembly line balance in recent years, this paper aims at some special constraints of LCD TV assembly line. An improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is proposed to solve the assembly line balance problem. The method is applied to the improvement of LCD TV assembly line balance problem and good results have been obtained. In this paper, the problem of assembly line balance is introduced. At the same time, different kinds of methods of assembly line balance are analyzed and summed up by experts and scholars at home and abroad. On this basis, the current situation of liquid crystal TV assembly line in Q company is studied and analyzed. Firstly, the traditional industrial engineering method is used to improve the assembly line, so that the balance rate of assembly line is improved. At the same time, considering that the assembly line has a large number of operating elements, on the basis of introducing process and working position constraints, and considering the degree of coordination among the operational elements synthetically, an optimization model is established with the objective of the highest balance ratio and the lowest line smoothing index of the assembly line. An improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is proposed, and the advantages of the improved PSO algorithm are demonstrated by comparison with the standard PSO algorithm. Finally, under the optimized result of improved particle swarm optimization algorithm, the practical assembly production balance problem is optimized and evaluated. In this paper, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to improve the balance of the assembly line, which not only increases the balance rate, but also reduces the smooth index of the assembly line. It can also optimize the allocation of resources and improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
