【摘要】：制造企業(yè)靈活性對(duì)其服務(wù)化具有重要影響,不同靈活性對(duì)不同服務(wù)化類型的影響與貢獻(xiàn)程度不同。鑒于此,在闡明制造企業(yè)靈活性類型、服務(wù)化類型基礎(chǔ)上,提出理論假設(shè),通過問卷設(shè)計(jì)與數(shù)據(jù)采集、處理分析等,得出結(jié)論:制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)、關(guān)系與流程靈活性對(duì)基于產(chǎn)品的服務(wù)化具有顯著正向影響;生產(chǎn)、關(guān)系與結(jié)構(gòu)靈活性對(duì)基于功能的服務(wù)化具有顯著正向影響;生產(chǎn)與流程靈活性對(duì)基于業(yè)務(wù)流程的服務(wù)化具有顯著正向影響;結(jié)構(gòu)、流程靈活性對(duì)基于概念的服務(wù)化具有顯著正向影響�？傊�,不同服務(wù)化類型制造企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)進(jìn)行不同的靈活性調(diào)整,以有效推進(jìn)服務(wù)化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:The flexibility of manufacturing enterprises has an important influence on its service, and different flexibility has different influence and contribution degree on different service types. In view of this, on the basis of expounding the flexible type and service type of manufacturing enterprise, the theoretical hypothesis is put forward. Through questionnaire design and data collection, processing analysis and so on, the conclusion is drawn: manufacturing enterprise production, Relationship and process flexibility have significant positive effects on product-based service, production, relationship and structural flexibility have significant positive effects on function-based service. Production and process flexibility have a significant positive impact on business process-based service, while structure, process flexibility has a significant positive impact on concept-based service. In a word, different service enterprises should adjust their flexibility in order to push forward the service process effectively.
