【摘要】：在大規(guī)模新能源并網(wǎng)條件下,制定合理的購(gòu)電計(jì)劃可以降低購(gòu)電成本,減少對(duì)環(huán)境的污染。從經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境保護(hù)兩個(gè)方面考慮,計(jì)及電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行約束以及各輸電斷面輸電能力的約束,構(gòu)建了以購(gòu)電成本最小和污染氣體排放量最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的兼顧經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與環(huán)境保護(hù)的多目標(biāo)購(gòu)電計(jì)劃優(yōu)化模型�；谠撃Ｐ�,引入了層次分析法確定各目標(biāo)的權(quán)重,通過(guò)對(duì)各目標(biāo)無(wú)量綱化處理,將多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化為單目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,并利用粒子群算法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化求解。文章以實(shí)際電網(wǎng)為例進(jìn)行了算例的計(jì)算分析,驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性與可行性。
[Abstract]:Under the condition that large-scale new energy is connected to the grid, making a reasonable plan of purchasing electricity can reduce the cost of purchasing electricity and reduce the pollution to the environment. Considering the two aspects of economic benefit and environmental protection, considering the safety and stability of power network operation constraints and transmission capacity constraints of each transmission section, A multi-objective power purchase plan optimization model which takes the minimum cost of electricity purchase and the minimum emission of polluting gas as objective function is constructed, which takes both economic benefits and environmental protection into account. Based on this model, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is introduced to determine the weight of each target. By dimensionless processing, the multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into a single-objective optimization problem, and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem. This paper takes the actual power grid as an example to carry out the calculation and analysis, and verifies the validity and feasibility of the model.
