【摘要】：本文構(gòu)建了一個包含消費(fèi)者、食品終端企業(yè)、食品加工企業(yè)的不完全契約模型,以分析消費(fèi)者食品質(zhì)量關(guān)注對我國食品終端企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)選擇的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:消費(fèi)者對食品質(zhì)量越關(guān)注,終端企業(yè)越可能選擇一體化生產(chǎn)。此外,終端企業(yè)與加工企業(yè)的技術(shù)、終端企業(yè)一體化生產(chǎn)所需的固定資本、終端企業(yè)對中間投入品的質(zhì)量認(rèn)知以及加工企業(yè)在交易中的收益比例,均會影響終端企業(yè)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)選擇。
[Abstract]:In this paper, an incomplete contract model including consumers, food terminal enterprises and food processing enterprises is constructed to analyze the influence of consumer food quality concerns on the choice of organizational structure of food terminal enterprises in China. The results show that the more concerned consumers are about food quality, the more likely terminal enterprises are to choose integrated production. In addition, the technology of the terminal enterprise and the processing enterprise, the fixed capital needed for the integrated production of the terminal enterprise, the quality cognition of the terminal enterprise to the intermediate input, and the profit ratio of the processing enterprise in the transaction, Will affect the choice of organizational structure of the terminal enterprise.
