【摘要】：如何讓金融回歸服務(wù)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的本源,是2017年中央金融工作會(huì)議中習(xí)近平總書記提出的重大課題。而工業(yè)作為我國(guó)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的主體,其面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)金融環(huán)境不容樂觀,商業(yè)銀行為規(guī)避貸款風(fēng)險(xiǎn)而減少對(duì)工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的信貸投放,似乎已經(jīng)成為一種合理且難以逆轉(zhuǎn)的趨勢(shì)。本文以上饒為例,通過(guò)比較工業(yè)與其他行業(yè)貸款風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的狀況,剖析風(fēng)險(xiǎn)形成的深層原因,作出了工業(yè)貸款風(fēng)險(xiǎn)"總體可控、充分暴露、可以干預(yù)、趨于緩釋"的四個(gè)判斷,駁斥了把工業(yè)信貸投放與貸款風(fēng)險(xiǎn)直接掛鉤的觀點(diǎn)和做法,并進(jìn)而提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:How to return finance to serve the source of the real economy is a major issue raised by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the 2017 Central Financial work Conference. As the main body of our country's real economy, the real financial environment faced by industry is not optimistic. It seems that commercial banks have become a reasonable and irreversible trend to reduce the credit investment in the industrial field in order to avoid the loan risk. Taking Shangrao as an example, by comparing the situation of loan risk between industry and other industries, and analyzing the deep reasons for the formation of the risk, this paper makes four judgments that the risk of industrial loan is "generally controllable, fully exposed, can be interfered with and tends to be released slowly". This paper refutes the idea and practice of directly linking the industrial credit investment with the loan risk, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
