AH電力設計院項目管理激勵機制優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:After the main and auxiliary separation of the State Grid, the market competition of power industry enterprises is increasingly fierce. In order to better deal with market competition, electric power design enterprises need to change to modern enterprise management system. In the construction of modern enterprise management system, an important aspect is how to construct a set of project management incentive mechanism. Improving the effective project management incentive mechanism can not only enhance the enthusiasm of the staff, but also improve the efficiency and efficiency of the enterprise project management, and then enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the design institute. Therefore, this paper has certain theoretical value and practical significance to the research on the optimization of project management incentive mechanism in AH Electric Power Design Institute. By combing the literature of project management and incentive mechanism at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the research problems and research framework, and defines the research content of this paper. Combined with the basic situation of AH electric power design institute and the related flow and structure of project management, the concrete contents of the current project management incentive mechanism of AH electric power design institute are introduced. And through the AH electric power design institute engaged in the specific project related personnel (project manager, project total worker, project director and other general management personnel) questionnaire, from salary, welfare, training, In terms of career development and performance management, this paper analyzes the satisfaction and opinions of project related personnel since the implementation of the current project management incentive mechanism. Based on the relevant theoretical research, the contents of the current project management incentive mechanism and the results of the questionnaire, the problems existing in the implementation of the project management incentive mechanism in the AH Electric Power Design Institute are summarized and summarized. Finally, the ideas, principles and contents of project management incentive mechanism optimization in AH Electric Power Design Institute are discussed, and the relevant measures to ensure the implementation of the optimized project management incentive mechanism are given. In this paper, an efficient project management incentive model and method, which adapts to the current development background and the actual demand of AH electric power design institute, and the optimization scheme of project management incentive mechanism formed on the basis of this, It is helpful to enrich the application practice of incentive mechanism in project management, especially for the application practice of project management incentive mechanism in electric power industry. The optimized project management incentive mechanism of AH Electric Power Design Institute improves the effectiveness of the project management incentive mechanism of AH Electric Power Design Institute and enables the project participants to carry out their work more enthusiastically and efficiently and thus reduce the cost of AH Electric Power Design Institute. Through the efficient project management incentive mode and method, the efficiency and benefit of the project management of the design institute can be further improved, and the core competitiveness of the enterprise can be continuously enhanced.
