【摘要】：原油價格的波動對世界經(jīng)濟(jì)政治形勢具有重要的作用,其預(yù)測問題是維護(hù)原油生產(chǎn)、消費(fèi)企業(yè)及國家利益的重大問題。因此,原油價格預(yù)測是國際市場研究的一個重要領(lǐng)域。本文將TSK模糊邏輯系統(tǒng)與神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)合,設(shè)計五層模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),采用量子粒子群(QPSO)智能算法調(diào)整模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的參數(shù),將所設(shè)計的智能系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于國際布倫特原油價格預(yù)測中。并將QPSO算法與BP算法和最小二乘法進(jìn)行比較,預(yù)測性能指標(biāo)和仿真結(jié)果表明基于QPSO智能算法的模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計是有效的,取得了更好的效果。
[Abstract]:The fluctuation of crude oil price plays an important role in the world economic and political situation. Therefore, crude oil price prediction is an important field of international market research. In this paper, a five-layer fuzzy neural network system is designed by combining the TSK fuzzy logic system with the neural network. The parameters of the fuzzy neural network system are adjusted by the quantum particle swarm optimization (QPSO) intelligent algorithm. The designed intelligent system is applied to the international Brent crude oil price prediction. The QPSO algorithm is compared with BP algorithm and least square method. The prediction performance index and simulation results show that the design of fuzzy neural network system based on QPSO intelligent algorithm is effective and better results are obtained.
