【摘要】：當前,國際政治與安全局勢復雜多變,不確定因素顯著增加,國際安全形勢面臨新挑戰(zhàn),全球武器轉讓與政治經濟、地區(qū)沖突、國際反恐等形勢緊密相關,全球重大武器轉讓出現(xiàn)新變化,國際軍貿市場的競爭程度日益激烈。2012—2016年全球武器轉讓持續(xù)增長,呈現(xiàn)先降后升、整體上升的總體發(fā)展態(tài)勢,并成為自冷戰(zhàn)結束以來所有五年期武器轉讓的最高點。美國仍是全球第一大武器出口國,印度仍是全球第一大武器進口國。介紹了全球軍貿市場發(fā)展新進展,并分析了全球軍貿市場發(fā)展特點與趨勢。
[Abstract]:At present, the international political and security situation is complex and changeable, uncertainties have increased significantly, the international security situation is facing new challenges, and global arms transfers are closely related to political and economic situations, regional conflicts, and international counter-terrorism situations. Major global arms transfers have undergone new changes. The degree of competition in the international arms trade market is becoming increasingly fierce. Global arms transfers continued to grow in 2012-2016, showing an overall development trend of first declining and then ascending, and rising as a whole. And the highest point of all five-year arms transfers since the end of the cold war. The United States remains the world's largest arms exporter and India the world's largest arms importer. This paper introduces the new development of the global military trade market, and analyzes the characteristics and trends of the global military trade market.
