航天高新武器型號研制質(zhì)量風(fēng)險管理研究
[Abstract]:Aerospace high-tech weapons are an important guarantee of our national defense and the embodiment of our country's comprehensive national strength. In the process of developing aerospace high-tech weapons, quality is a task that runs through all the time. Good quality management is an important foundation and guarantee for the successful development of space high-tech weapons. With the rapid development of China's aerospace industry, it is of great significance for the development of high and new aerospace weapons to carry out deep quality management research and give full play to the systematic and preventive advantages of quality management. Also for the development of our national defense cause to bring a steady stream of power. On the basis of deeply studying the theory of quality management, this paper makes a deep analysis of the weak links of quality management in the development of aerospace high-tech weapons, aiming at the characteristics of quality risks in the development of aerospace high-tech weapons. The quality risk evaluation index system of aerospace high-tech weapon is established. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation model of the quality risk in the development of aerospace high-tech weapon model is established. On this basis, combined with the practice of quality risk management in the research and development of high-tech weapons in a certain general department, the risks existing in the process of quality management are evaluated, and the measures and means to further strengthen the quality risk management are given. It provides a solid guarantee for the development of high-quality spaceflight high-tech weapons. Through the research on the quality management of aerospace high-tech weapons, the development quality of aerospace high-tech weapons has been significantly improved, and the development quality management has gradually been programmed, standardized, and the management level of scientific research and production quality has been greatly improved. It also has good reference value for the quality management of other types of products.
