基于熵權的TOPSIS電工制造業(yè)供應鏈合作伙伴選擇研究
[Abstract]:Under the environment of supply-side reform, the adjustment of industrial structure, the acceleration of the pace of resource integration, the optimal allocation of resources and the optimization of regeneration are the major directions of this reform. The information replacement has also been penetrated into every corner of the industrial chain. The competition between enterprises will be more and more intense. Many enterprises are not only seeking survival, but also making management changes, and finally moving towards resource-sharing and mutually beneficial supply chain cooperation mode. How to choose an excellent supply chain requires us to explore deeply. For convenience, the perspective of the research can be scaled to a specific industry category, in order to understand more accurately how the supplier selection mode is from extensive to intensive, and then to the extension of scientific rationalization. In this paper, a set of scientific, effective and feasible evaluation index system of raw material supply chain partners in electrician manufacturing industry is established according to the factors that need to be referred to in the selection of strategic partners in all directions and from many angles in electrician manufacturing enterprises. Combined with the frontier evaluation method to evaluate the suppliers, select the best partners, in order to achieve a deep win-win. In this paper, the background and purpose of the research are analyzed and explained, and through a large number of supply chain partner evaluation and selection, supply chain management and other related aspects of literature research, find out the research breakthrough point. The second step is to discuss the concepts and characteristics of supply chain, supply chain management and supply chain partnership in detail, and to lay the theoretical foundation of this paper. The third step is to construct a new evaluation index system for raw material suppliers in electrician manufacturing industry after considering the results of literature research and field investigation. The fourth step is to determine the entropy weight method as the basic evaluation method after the research of evaluation method. Through entropy weight method, the quantitative index and the qualitative index can be assigned rationalization weight, so that all the indicators can be more objective in evaluation. Combined with TOPSIS method, the evaluation results were sorted and selected. Finally, the index system and method proposed in this paper are added to analyze the ranking and optimal selection of raw material supply chain partners through the empirical analysis of manufacturing company A. The scientific validity and practicability of the proposed index system and method in practical application are verified.
