[Abstract]:The whole value chain operation system, which is constructed by the supply side and the demand side, integrates the sharing economy concept into the operation management of the "five centers". Beijing New Energy Automotive Co., Ltd (BAIC New Energy) covers the research and development, production, sales and service of the whole industrial chain of new energy vehicles and core components, and is committed to building a model of high-end manufacturing in the capital. Under the background of the national supply-side reform, BAIC integrates the sharing economic concept into the operation management, under the background of state-owned enterprise mixed reform and employee stock ownership pilot reform, the paper puts forward the five centers from R & D to service.
