【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,集團(tuán)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。石油行業(yè)是我國(guó)的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),關(guān)乎我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的命脈,具有資金密集、資金流量大、分支規(guī)模廣、資金風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高等特點(diǎn)。而資金是企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理的核心,貫穿整個(gè)集團(tuán)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的過(guò)程,是企業(yè)發(fā)展的血脈。所以石油集團(tuán)必須加強(qiáng)集團(tuán)資金管理活動(dòng),在追求利益最大化的同時(shí),保障資金的安全運(yùn)行。故用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的思維優(yōu)化集團(tuán)的資金管理活動(dòng)變得尤為重要。論文針對(duì)石油集團(tuán)的資金管理,站在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的視角對(duì)石油集團(tuán)的資金管理活動(dòng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析。采用案例分析法,文獻(xiàn)研究法,實(shí)地調(diào)研法,以Z石油集團(tuán)為例,分析了企業(yè)關(guān)于資金管理的現(xiàn)狀以及問(wèn)題,根據(jù)理論研究,現(xiàn)狀風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析、體系優(yōu)化的思路,利用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的理論,對(duì)集團(tuán)的資金管理各個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行分析。針對(duì)資金管理體系中的各個(gè)模塊資金風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化、控制。并在已有的資金管理流程中,分析集團(tuán)以往的不足與缺陷,構(gòu)建資金風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系,針對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)析控制。本文針對(duì)石油集團(tuán)資金管理過(guò)程中的各個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制,運(yùn)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的視角優(yōu)化了Z石油集團(tuán)的整個(gè)資金管理模式。有助于完善企業(yè)資金管理,控制資金有關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。對(duì)石油企業(yè)乃至我國(guó)大型國(guó)有企業(yè)的資金管理活動(dòng)規(guī)范都具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and market economy, group enterprises are increasingly competitive. Petroleum industry is the pillar industry of our country, which is related to the lifeblood of our national economy. It has the characteristics of intensive capital, large capital flow, wide branch scale and high capital risk. Capital is the core of enterprise financial management, runs through the whole group management process, is the blood vein of enterprise development. Therefore, the petroleum group must strengthen the group fund management activity, while pursuing the benefit maximization, guarantees the fund safe operation. Therefore, using the thinking of risk management to optimize the group's fund management activities has become particularly important. Aiming at the capital management of petroleum group, this paper optimizes and analyzes the fund management activities of oil group from the perspective of risk management. Using case analysis, literature research, field investigation, taking Z Petroleum Group as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of capital management in enterprises, according to theoretical research, risk analysis of current situation, and system optimization. By using the theory of risk management, the paper analyzes each module of capital management of the group. Optimize and control the capital risk of each module in the fund management system. And in the existing fund management process, analyzes the group's past insufficiency and the flaw, constructs the fund risk management system, carries on the appraisal and control to the risk. In this paper, the risk identification, risk assessment and risk control are carried out for each module in the process of fund management of petroleum group, and the whole fund management mode of Z oil group is optimized from the perspective of risk management. It is helpful to perfect the management of enterprise funds and control the risks related to funds. It has certain reference significance to the regulation of fund management activities of petroleum enterprises and even large state-owned enterprises in our country.
