【摘要】：建筑行業(yè)特殊工種多,程序繁雜,環(huán)境艱苦等,這些因素決定了建筑業(yè)的高危特征,安全事故頻發(fā),學(xué)術(shù)界、商界、政界、新聞界等都對(duì)建筑業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)給予了高度的關(guān)注,而安全文化因有效、持久的改善安全狀況而嶄露頭角,雖然安全制度得以逐漸完善,而大部分建筑施工企業(yè)在安全方面投入了大量的人力、物力、財(cái)力,但是我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)的安全事故依然屢見(jiàn)不鮮,安全文化建設(shè)效果并不明顯,安全文化與事故相關(guān)研究更是少見(jiàn)。本文將安全文化引入建筑施工企業(yè),對(duì)其建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),找出建設(shè)劣勢(shì);并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)與安全事故的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,明確的展示其影響趨勢(shì),引起建筑施工單位的重視;并針對(duì)前文展示出的劣勢(shì)提出改進(jìn)建議,以供參考。首先,深刻理解安全文化內(nèi)涵,將其引申到建筑施工企業(yè),提出建筑施工企業(yè)安全文化概念,進(jìn)而對(duì)其分析理解,并在前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上建立原始評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,通過(guò)專(zhuān)家訪談法對(duì)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行篩選,運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行賦權(quán)。鑒于建筑施工企業(yè)安全文化系統(tǒng)的灰色特征,建立了以多層次灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析為核心的建筑施工企業(yè)安全文化評(píng)價(jià)模型,得出結(jié)論:A單位處于團(tuán)結(jié)互助階段,安全環(huán)境方面和決策層行為做得有所欠缺;B單位處于員工參與階段的結(jié)論,在安全管理、安全事務(wù)參與、決策層行為和員工層行為方面有待改進(jìn)。其次,通過(guò)理論分析,構(gòu)建了建筑施工企業(yè)安全文化與安全事故理論假設(shè)模型,并通過(guò)SPSS20.0對(duì)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查收集到的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理分析,得出結(jié)論:本研究設(shè)計(jì)的問(wèn)卷有很好的信效度,并驗(yàn)證安全文化對(duì)安全事故整體情況、安全事故率、較大事故量以及安全事故經(jīng)濟(jì)損失都有正向的作用,并利用西安9·10提升腳手架拆除事故對(duì)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果進(jìn)一步論證,說(shuō)明本研究有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值。最后,明確建設(shè)要求,針對(duì)前文企業(yè)建筑施工企業(yè)都存在的問(wèn)題較大的安全管理、安全環(huán)境、決策層行為和員工層行為方面提出一些可行性建議,以供參考。
[Abstract]:The construction industry has many special types of work, complicated procedures, difficult environment and so on. These factors determine the high risk characteristics of the construction industry, the frequent occurrence of safety accidents, academia, business, political, media and so on have given high attention to the safe production of the construction industry. And the safety culture has emerged as a result of effective and lasting improvements in the security situation. Although the safety system has been gradually improved, most construction enterprises have invested a great deal of manpower, material and financial resources in the field of safety. However, safety accidents in construction industry in China are still common, the effect of safety culture construction is not obvious, safety culture and accident related research is more rare. This paper introduces the safety culture into the construction enterprise, evaluates the present construction situation, finds out the inferior position of the construction, analyzes the relationship between the evaluation grade and the safety accident, clearly shows its influence trend, and causes the construction unit to attach importance to it. In view of the disadvantages shown above, suggestions for improvement are put forward for reference. First of all, deeply understand the connotation of safety culture, extend it to construction enterprises, put forward the concept of safety culture of construction enterprises, then analyze and understand it, and establish the original evaluation index system on the basis of previous studies. The index system is screened by the method of expert interview, and the evaluation index system is empowered by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In view of the grey characteristics of the safety culture system of construction enterprises, a multi-level grey relational analysis model of safety culture evaluation of construction enterprises is established, and it is concluded that unit A is in the stage of solidarity and mutual assistance. The conclusion that the safety environment and decision-making level behavior is in the stage of employee participation should be improved in the aspects of safety management, safety transaction participation, decision level behavior and employee behavior. Secondly, through theoretical analysis, the theoretical hypothesis model of safety culture and safety accidents in construction enterprises is constructed, and the relevant data collected by the questionnaire are analyzed by SPSS 20.0. Conclusion: the questionnaire designed in this study has good reliability and validity, and verifies that safety culture has positive effect on the overall situation of safety accident, safety accident rate, large accident volume and economic loss of safety accident. Using Xi'an 9 10 lifting scaffold removal accident to further demonstrate the results of empirical analysis, it shows that this study has certain practical value. Finally, some feasible suggestions on safety management, safety environment, decision-making level behavior and employee behavior are put forward for reference.
