關(guān)于SJ公司績(jī)效管理的研究

【摘要】:績(jī)效管理是企業(yè)為實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)圍繞績(jī)效進(jìn)行的計(jì)劃、溝通、評(píng)估及反饋等管理活動(dòng)的總和,20世紀(jì)末被引進(jìn)中國(guó)。它是一個(gè)循環(huán)改進(jìn)的過(guò)程,目的在于提高員工、部門及企業(yè)的績(jī)效,近些年在我國(guó)取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。但是由于管理基礎(chǔ)和企業(yè)文化存在的差異,為數(shù)不少的企業(yè)特別是中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)的績(jī)效管理并不能發(fā)揮出它應(yīng)有的作用。科學(xué)的績(jī)效管理體系是一套比較成熟的管理工具,它擁有獨(dú)特的管理機(jī)制和精準(zhǔn)的管理流程,并有助于持續(xù)改進(jìn)企業(yè)的管理水平,深得企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信任,被稱作“企業(yè)管理的圣杯”,這就要求企業(yè)必須結(jié)合實(shí)際制定出適合自身發(fā)展的績(jī)效管理體系。本論文選取了SJ公司作為研究對(duì)象,該公司成立于2010年,主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)為車輪制造,屬于中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)。筆者順著發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、分析問(wèn)題并解決問(wèn)題的思路,結(jié)合SJ公司實(shí)際情況及績(jī)效管理現(xiàn)狀,為SJ公司建立了全新的績(jī)效管理體系,目的在于促進(jìn)該企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,并希望能給其他類似企業(yè)提供一些建議。本論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容除導(dǎo)論和總結(jié)外,主要包括以下三個(gè)方面:首先是績(jī)效管理概述,主要介紹績(jī)效、績(jī)效考核、績(jī)效管理等相關(guān)概念,分析績(jī)效管理在企業(yè)管理中所處的地位,列舉常見(jiàn)的績(jī)效考核方法,并通過(guò)社會(huì)調(diào)查揭示我國(guó)中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)績(jī)效管理的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀。其次是分析和研究SJ公司現(xiàn)行的績(jī)效管理制度,主要通過(guò)高層訪談、收集資料和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查來(lái)深入了解該公司績(jī)效管理現(xiàn)狀,并分析形成原因。最后是該公司績(jī)效管理體系的設(shè)計(jì),它是本論文的核心部分,主要包括設(shè)計(jì)原則、指標(biāo)構(gòu)建、流程策劃和保障體系的建立。
[Abstract]:Performance management is the sum of the management activities, such as planning, communication, evaluation and feedback, which are carried out around performance in order to achieve the business objectives. At the end of the 20th century, performance management was introduced into China. It is a process of circular improvement, which aims to improve the performance of employees, departments and enterprises. In recent years, it has made great progress in China. However, due to the differences between management foundation and corporate culture, the performance management of a large number of enterprises, especially small and medium-sized private enterprises, can not play its due role. Scientific performance management system is a set of mature management tools, it has a unique management mechanism and accurate management process, and helps to continuously improve the management level of enterprises, and gain the trust of enterprise leaders. It is called "the Holy Grail of Enterprise Management", which requires enterprises to formulate a performance management system suitable for their own development. This thesis selects SJ Company as the research object, the company was established in 2010, the main business is wheel manufacturing, belongs to the small and medium-sized private enterprises. According to the ideas of finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, combining with the actual situation of SJ Company and the present situation of performance management, the author establishes a new performance management system for SJ Company, which aims to promote the further development of the company. And hope to give other similar enterprises to provide some advice. In addition to the introduction and summary, the research content of this paper mainly includes the following three aspects: first, the overview of performance management, mainly introduces the performance, performance evaluation, performance management and other related concepts, analyzes the status of performance management in the management of enterprises. This paper enumerates the common methods of performance appraisal, and reveals the present situation of performance management of small and medium-sized private enterprises through social investigation. The second is to analyze and study the current performance management system of SJ Company, mainly through high-level interviews, data collection and questionnaire to understand the current situation of performance management in SJ Company, and analyze the reasons for its formation. The last part is the design of the company's performance management system, which is the core part of this paper, including the design principles, the construction of indicators, the process planning and the establishment of the security system.
