【摘要】：以師徒制企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為研究對(duì)象,探究企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的內(nèi)容對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)(網(wǎng)絡(luò)整體結(jié)構(gòu)分布、網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度和網(wǎng)絡(luò)多樣性等)的影響。借助個(gè)體師徒制網(wǎng)絡(luò)的兩大功能--職業(yè)生涯幫助和社會(huì)心理支持,將師徒制企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的內(nèi)容劃分為物質(zhì)型和精神型兩類。利用對(duì)東陽(yáng)紅木家具產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)具有師徒關(guān)系的51家企業(yè)進(jìn)行訪談和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用PAJEK軟件對(duì)所收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)可視化處理。結(jié)果顯示:首先,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)"外圍—內(nèi)核"的空間分布上,基本遵循"單一物質(zhì)/精神型網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)容的連接—多物質(zhì)/精神型網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)容的連接—混合型網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)容的連接"的規(guī)律;其次,基于精神型內(nèi)容建立的師徒企業(yè)聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度比基于物質(zhì)型內(nèi)容建立的師徒企業(yè)聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度要強(qiáng);最后,傳遞更多物質(zhì)型內(nèi)容比傳遞更多精神型內(nèi)容的師徒企業(yè)以及傳遞更多混合型內(nèi)容比傳遞更多單一精神/物質(zhì)型內(nèi)容的師徒企業(yè),更可能接觸到不同派系的師傅企業(yè),也更可能派生出不同派系(知識(shí)多元化)的徒弟企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Taking the master enterprise network as the research object, this paper probes into the influence of the content of the enterprise network on its structure (the distribution of the whole network structure, the network strength and the diversity of the network). With the help of the two functions of the network of individual teachers and apprentices-career help and social psychological support, the contents of the network of master and apprentice enterprises are divided into two types: material type and spiritual type. Based on the data of interviews and questionnaires of 51 enterprises in Dongyang mahogany furniture industry cluster, the data collected were processed by PAJEK software. The results show that: first of all, the spatial distribution of the "peripheral core" of the network basically follows the law of "the connection of the single substance / spiritual network content-the connection of the multi-material / spiritual network content-the hybrid network content connection"; Secondly, the enterprise contact intensity based on spiritual content is stronger than that based on material content. Finally, Teachers and apprentices who deliver more material content than spiritual content and those who deliver more mixed content than single spiritual / material content are more likely to come into contact with factional masters. It is also more likely to spawn factional (intellectual diversity) apprentice enterprises.
