【摘要】：基于"產(chǎn)學(xué)研"協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的視角,從高職院校的角度根據(jù)市場需求導(dǎo)向、企業(yè)需求導(dǎo)向和人才成長規(guī)律等加強(qiáng)對高職院校服務(wù)茶葉企業(yè)能力的建設(shè)是繁榮我國茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)、促進(jìn)我國茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)從大到強(qiáng)、從品牌到名牌、從區(qū)域性到全球性布局的重要維度。當(dāng)前高職院校提升服務(wù)于茶葉企業(yè)能力的必要性在于茶葉企業(yè)的國際化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略需要相關(guān)的人才支撐;茶葉市場的分工細(xì)化要求多元主體之間"產(chǎn)學(xué)研"的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新。高職院校提升服務(wù)茶葉企業(yè)能力的主要維度包括復(fù)合型技術(shù)人才的培養(yǎng)、前瞻性產(chǎn)業(yè)知識的供給。高職院校提升服務(wù)于茶葉企業(yè)能力的幾個建議可以嘗試基于茶文化的生活化教育策略、基于素質(zhì)教育的茶文化氛圍營造策略、基于跨文化交際的茶文化英語教學(xué)策略。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of collaborative innovation of "production, learning and research", strengthening the construction of the ability of serving tea enterprises in higher vocational colleges according to the market demand orientation, enterprise demand orientation and the law of talent growth is a prosperous tea industry in our country. To promote the tea industry from big to strong, from brand to brand, from regional to global layout of the important dimensions. At present, the necessity of improving the ability of higher vocational colleges to serve tea enterprises lies in the fact that the international development strategy of tea enterprises needs the support of relevant talents, and the division of labor of tea market requires the collaborative innovation of "production, learning and research" among the multiple subjects. The main dimensions of improving the ability of serving tea enterprises in higher vocational colleges include the cultivation of compound technical talents and the supply of forward-looking industrial knowledge. Some suggestions of improving the ability of serving tea enterprises in higher vocational colleges can try the strategies of life-oriented education based on tea culture, tea culture atmosphere based on quality education, and English teaching strategies based on cross-cultural communication.
