AMA公司生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理問(wèn)題的改善分析

【摘要】:眾所周知,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)在2008年以后出現(xiàn)了急轉(zhuǎn)直下的現(xiàn)象,作為經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)向標(biāo)的船舶運(yùn)輸行業(yè),自然所受影響不小。作為船舶運(yùn)輸制造的企業(yè)注定要在這場(chǎng)風(fēng)暴中想法設(shè)法去尋求生存和發(fā)展,從而在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中博得一席之地,這就要求企業(yè)在維持生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)的同時(shí),要積極提高本企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理水平,生產(chǎn)管理是企業(yè)管理的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,是制造型企業(yè)持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)的基礎(chǔ),也是企業(yè)獲得穩(wěn)定收益的關(guān)鍵。不同企業(yè)需要針對(duì)自身運(yùn)營(yíng)的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行切實(shí)可行的生產(chǎn)改善,找出合理和有效的管理方法,對(duì)比改善前后的效果后進(jìn)行持續(xù)改善。本文以AMA公司為例,對(duì)AMA生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中存在的三大問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。這三大問(wèn)題主要涉及生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理和質(zhì)量管理。在此基礎(chǔ)上,作者運(yùn)用生產(chǎn)管理理論、庫(kù)存管理理論、質(zhì)量管理和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理理論對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出改善建議,旨在強(qiáng)化生產(chǎn)管理、建立較為完善的供應(yīng)鏈體系及加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量管理,并將其改善建議付諸于實(shí)際生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)當(dāng)中,以數(shù)據(jù)和圖表的形式呈現(xiàn)出改善成果,最后對(duì)改善結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。雖然本文具體的研究對(duì)象為AMA公司,但文中所采用的生產(chǎn)管理方法對(duì)其它的機(jī)械制造企業(yè)也有一定的借鑒意義,特別是與AMA公司相似的船舶配套設(shè)備的企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),借鑒作用會(huì)更大。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the global economy has turned down sharply after 2008, and the shipping industry, as the economic vane, has been affected greatly. As a shipping manufacturing enterprise is destined to try to find a way to survive and develop in this storm, so as to win a place in the market competition, which requires enterprises to maintain production and operation at the same time, To improve the level of production management, production management is an important content of enterprise management, is the basis of continuous operation of manufacturing enterprises, and is also the key for enterprises to obtain stable income. According to the characteristics of their own operation, different enterprises need to carry out practical production improvement, find out reasonable and effective management methods, compare the results before and after the improvement and carry on continuous improvement. Taking AMA Company as an example, this paper analyzes three problems existing in the production and operation of AMA. These three problems are mainly related to production and operation management, supply chain management and quality management. On this basis, the author puts forward some suggestions to improve these problems by means of production management theory, inventory management theory, quality management theory and standardization management theory, aiming at strengthening production management, establishing more perfect supply chain system and strengthening quality management. The improvement suggestions are put into actual production and operation, and the improvement results are presented in the form of data and charts. Finally, the improvement results are evaluated. Although the specific research object of this paper is AMA Company, the production management method adopted in this paper also has some reference significance for other machinery manufacturing enterprises, especially for the enterprises similar to AMA company. Reference will be greater.
