【摘要】：正稅收或稅賦,歷來是國(guó)之重器。古人云:"度量通,則財(cái)用足矣。"意即財(cái)政收入規(guī)劃得當(dāng),則財(cái)用充足。一個(gè)國(guó)家要長(zhǎng)治久安,就必須精心做好稅收工作,因?yàn)檫@關(guān)乎量入為出、量力而行。但是,隨著我國(guó)稅收體量越來越大以及整個(gè)金融交易規(guī)模日益增大,市場(chǎng)上或企業(yè)間也充斥著偷稅漏稅騙稅等不端行為,偷蓋盜蓋公章或私刻假章難以杜絕,濫開發(fā)票或亂開假發(fā)票屢見不鮮,因流程繁雜而導(dǎo)致保管成本高、運(yùn)行效率
[Abstract]:Positive tax or tax, has always been the heavy instrument of the country. As the ancients said, "if you are able to measure, money will suffice." This means that if the revenue is properly planned, the money will be used adequately. For a country to stay safe, it must be carefully taxed, because it is about living within your means and doing what you can. However, with the increasing volume of tax revenue and the increasing scale of financial transactions in our country, tax evasion, tax evasion, tax fraud and other misconduct are also rampant in the market or among enterprises, and it is difficult to put an end to the theft of the official seal or the private engraving of a false seal. Overinvoicing or random invoicing is common, which leads to high storage cost and operational efficiency due to complicated flow.
